Worth the wait.

Customer service excellent from first minute in the shop.
Couch is great quality and very comfy.
Will probably return for living room couch as well.

Just bought our new sofa from Edinburgh Straiton branch. So much choice of styles, colours, materials etc! Lots of great help from Jonathan Tucker helped us make our decision. He was so knowledgeable about all the products, materials, care etc. And so friendly too. Fabulous service from start to finish! He made sure we knew exactly how everything would work from buying to delivery, and set everything up online for us. It was so easy! Have already recommended Sofology, and in particular Jonathan, to so many friends!

I knew the sofa I wanted before I came to your store in Edinburgh I was helped by so sorry forgotten his name . He was very helpful and we had the sale done in about 20 minutes . Great customer service from Harrison. He really helped us to focus on what we required and explained all of the available options. No hard sell, just really good knowledge of the products on offer. Recommended.

I was impressed with the light airy store & the selection of sofas available.
After a good look around I decided I would like two two seater sofas.
Elaine, a salesperson was so helpful & informative.
She showed me a number of styles & one was exactly what I was looking for. She explained in detail calmly & without rushing me the range available. I chose a plain two seater & the other with recliner & powered headrest. The purchase went so well I can’t praise Elaine enough.

Helpful staff without being intrusive. Easy to find things . Good layout. Would have given 4 stars if had been offered a cup of coffee. Involved whole family in conversation, including my son.

Helpful staff and advice good customer service

where to start, his company are the pits, my daughter ordered a sofa and foot stool and paid the money in good faith, when the sofa arrived the foot stool was not the one she ordered, when she went on the phone and asked what had happened they said it was a mistake and could she just keep the one they had delivered ? it was half the size and of poor quality and the wrong colour, I at that point got in touch with them to find what the hell was going on, they apologised and offered 100 pound back as a gesture of goodwill, that refund has never been sent, I was on the phone to them 3 times asking about delivery and the refund, as I say the refund has never been paid, the foot stool was deivered this morning at 7.30 am, if I RAN MY BUSINESS LIKE THIS I wouldn't have a business, it's not good enough.

I have received an email response from sofology today 23 august, they have asked me to email their complaints dept, who the hell do they think I was talking to over the 3 phone calls to them ? dear god, are they so out of touch with their customers they don't even know how to recognise a complaint ? I suggest the boss of this company takes a very quick deep dive into their operations, to be so laid back as to answer trust pilot in this fashion smacks of a company rudderless.

Staff were all helpful and attentive without being over bearing. Product knowledge was excellent and very helpful in coming to a decision on the day.

Very knowledgeable staff, especially Aida at Edinburgh, Straiton. She took her time listening to me and together we found my new sofa. It was a very good experience. The only thing that could be improved was the WiFi connection in the shop. The staff are tremendous. Quality of sofa hopefully just as good

Lots of choices and no pressure from sales staff

No pushy sales people. Helpful and knowledgable. Showed us what we wanted.
