Awful
Awful, awful, awful service, promised the earth and still waiting, bought a sofa and armchair in December 2025, was promised delivery would be 05/03/26, got the old sofa removed and a new carpet fitted on the 4th March, now been 12 days without anywhere to sit, contacted customer service, who don’t help they just want to blame the store, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

The service at the Stockport store was fantastic! Lovely staff, really personable and chatty offering advice and expertise
Maria was the assistant who served me and the manager Gemma also took the time to say hello and was super friendly and professional

I had a really lovely experience at the Sofology store in Stockport. The lady who helped me was incredibly welcoming and patient. My sofa had to be a very specific size to fit my living room, and I felt a bit awkward being so particular, but she took her time to go through all the options with me and made sure I found something that would work perfectly.
She didn’t rush me at all and was really helpful throughout the whole process. Great customer service and a really positive experience overall!

Care and attention
We shopped around a lot for sofas and came back on the 22nd February and spoke again with Sarah who worked with care and attention to understand what we were looking for. We settled on the Ripley model of reclining sofa but the advice was very clear and all the alternatives explained. No hard sell, and the order and paperwork process was handled quickly and effectively. Looking forward to getting the sofa now!!

Why we chose Sofology
The initial impression Sofology gave us was the choice of sofas on offer, with many of them ticking the boxes on what we were looking for. Couple that with staff who were there to be useful if needed, but left us to take our time, with no pressure. The big plus for us was the lady (Paris) who gave us guidance and assurance. Top person!!
