Very knowledgeable
Very knowledgeable, gave us time to walk around the store and offered us help and if we needed information on anything. We spoke that we needed to check measurements on a chair. And that we would be back. All this made us return to purchase !

A very good range of sofa's at competitive prices. The Sofology team were proactive and helped us find the right sofa at the right price.
We visited a few other showrooms before going into Sofology and they didn't seem to provide the variety of styles that Sofology had to offer.

The service in store was excellent
The service in store was excellent. The downside that disappointed me was being charged so much to deliver an expensive 2 seater Sofa 5 miles to Windsor when we have spent thousands of pound with your company over the last few years. I will be honest, it does turn me off for future purchases.

Hi there, thanks so much for your kind words about the in-store experience, that genuinely means a lot to hear. We completely understand your frustration around the delivery charge, especially given your continued loyalty to us over the years. Our delivery fee is in place to cover the nature of the service we provide. Unlike standard courier deliveries, our sofas are handled by trained two-person teams, delivered to a room of your choice, and include careful handling, assembly where needed, and removal of packaging. This ensures everything arrives in perfect condition and is set up exactly as it should be. That said, we never want this to take away from your overall experience or make you feel undervalued as a returning customer. Your feedback is really important, and we’ll make sure it’s shared with the wider team as we continue reviewing how we deliver both value and service.
