My family and myself were greeted in a pleasant and helpful manner. We were given information about all the products we looked at and received a lot of useful information about the product chosen, looking after it and it's delivery. The visit gave a good impression of the company.

Really knowledgeable and helpful with explaining information and the details to someone who has never brought a sofa for herself before. Leah was brilliant and gave us a good laugh

We had a fantastic experience buying our sofa at Sofology thanks to the excellent service from Adnuk (I think) From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly friendly, honest, and very easy to talk to, which made the whole process relaxed and enjoyable rather than stressful.

He took the time to go through everything in great detail, explaining all our options clearly and helping us choose the right sofa without ever making us feel pressured. His knowledge and transparency really stood out, and it felt like he genuinely wanted us to make the best choice for our home.

What impressed us most was how great he was with our 5-year-old son. He was patient, kind, and made him feel included while we were discussing everything, which made the experience so much easier and more enjoyable for us as parents.

Overall, it was outstanding customer service from start to finish. Friendly, honest, relatable, and very knowledgeable — we would happily recommend him to anyone visiting Sofology.

Visited today had good idea what wanted Leah directed us to right area, then gave us a little time to view on own and asked if needed any help, Leah was friendly and approachable and no pushy sales chat , she explained all relevant information advised on colour costings delivery etc , very pleased excellent customer service placed order, look forward to receiving our items

As soon as we arrived Tora greeted us with a warm smile. Within minutes she introduced herself, gave us a quick explanation on how things are displayed at sofology them left us to browse.
We had actually found a sofa at DFS, and just popped into rule sofology out.
Once we’d made our decision, Tora was completely professional. Answered all our questions and even gave us a cuppa while we relaxed in our chosen sofa and browsed the rest of the store.
The sale was smooth in a very comfortable environment.

Friendly staff. Made me a cuppa. I knew the sofa I wanted so was just a matter of going through the process. Explained everything well. Answered all my questions. Was happy to hear the sofa is made in England. Looking forward to its arrival.

Visited today and bought a Settee from Nessy at Sofology. She was great and very helpful and gave us time when we needed to discuss things but always on hand to help when we needed it. So happy with my new purchase
