Ashley Bray was singularly responsible for our smooth and seamless order. I had loads of queries that he answered quickly. His knowledge of the sofa I chose was conclusive and he even went and sat on it for me and described in detail how it felt. Just looking forward to the delivery now.

Nothing was too much trouble to satisfy all my queries. Every question raised was dealt with efficiently and effectively with no sense of being pressured. I was able to examine & test other pieces of furniture as required. Very happy with the service and product quality.

Staff were brilliant and spent ages with us helping decide on fabric and even paint colours! Special thanks to Amy, Rachel and Josh (I think he was called Josh?) for all their help.

Maxine was great - friendly, chatty & gave us good advice. She was able to compare models sold by Sofology & find the best sofa for us to fit our requirements. She moved the sofa around in store to help us visualise the sofa, had us sitting on different sofas with different filling to see which best suited us.
We ordered in store, and got home to realise we had ordered the sofa the wrong way (corner). Before I had chance to notify Maxine, she had already sent me an email acknowledging the mistake (which was partly my fault) and got things changed over.
We would highly recommend Maxine again.

Rachel at Sofology Edit helped me decide on my new sofa, she made a floor plan that gave me an insight into how the sofa would look in my room for measurements etc.

We recently bought the Brighton sofa from Sofology at the Red Brick mill. Maxine was such a help, she listened to us talk through the work we were doing in the living room and showed us different options in store that met our needs. She wasn't a pushy sales person, just really down to earth and happy to help. I can't wait for it to turn up now!

We visited Sofology at Redbrick Mill, Ash was really helpful but not invasive like some sofa salesman can be. Made the whole experience enjoyable, with the added bonus that the kids were well entertained with drinks, popcorn and the football to watch in the cinema room! Cant wait to receive our new sofa now.
