We were served today by Will at the White City retail store.

Well…..What a credit of a gentleman Will is to your company! We left as happy owners of a new sofa but also walked away feeling like we had a great experience in store. Will asked us questions to what we wanted, he gave us advice & was so professional throughout our purchase, also very discreet when processing our order/finance options. Thank you so much to Will & we cannot wait to receive our new sofa 🥰

We went into the White City store. Will was really friendly and helpful. Left us to browse and didn’t pester us but was always near by to help us as and when we needed it.

Happy clearly explained the materials, the options available, and the five-year guarantee, making everything very easy to understand. He was patient, knowledgeable, and kept checking that I was happy with everything before finalising the purchase.

Great customer experience

I bought my sofa from the sofology in Stockport. The staff were all amazingly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I had a pretty specific idea of what I wanted but also had small door frame to get sofa through. Sarah member of staff spent time measuring and helping me.
