Natalja was very knowledgable and helped greatly in the decision making. The rest of the staff were helpful and pleasant.the store layout was good. It was a shame that the introductory offer had expired. look forward to receiving the furniture.

We were very pleased with the help we were given by Simon - he wasn’t pushy, answered all our questions and even supplied coffee - the sofa we purchased is good quality, good choice of quality and has inbuilt gadgets

We went to the St Andrews Quay branch with a rough idea of what we were looking for and we were greeted by a very helpful young lady named Holly who made us welcome and left us to browse at our leisure, but was also available to answer any queries we had. She explained the process in great detail without being condescending - and made a lovely cup of coffee!!!

The lady that assisted us during that day was so helpful and explained thoroughly what we need to know about the item we purchased. She was very welcoming and professional in dealing with customers.

Steve and Simon were very helpful and friendly. Can’t wait to see my new sofa ready for Christmas.

This is bloody good store and brilliant team.
They make every step with their customer from colour choice, advice on the right sofa, answered every question we had about the product and the financial opportunity to buy it with 0% interest. It felt like working with good friends toward common goal.
Nat, Steve and Charlotte were the people that made the experience painless, comfortable and fun. Plus the shop is dogs friendly 😍

We had seen a sofa online and wanted to see it properly before ordering.
We visited the Hull store and the member of staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable.

I was given the patience I needed to choose the sofas, nothing was too much trouble. The member of the team was professional, and had the answers to the questions I asked, also they was happy to advise me too.
