Product delivered damaged
Product delivered damaged, due to poor packaging. Still waiting for repair to be carried out. Lots of chasing and calls to try to rectify. Poor service.

Great customer service from all staff especially the girl who helped us pick our sofa. We were so pleased we returned a couple of weeks later with my in laws who be also purchased a sofa.

Lovely sofa
Terry in Gateshead was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all our questions. There was lots of items and samples to look at. The confirmation process was easy
