We were treated very well by Lee (Topshop Lee) who gave us lots of information and was very personable. Ordering the sofa was an easy process and we only have to wait 9 weeks for the delivery which is less than expected! Excited for it to arrive 😊

Found a sofa we loved after looking at only 2. Terry came over and gave us all the information we needed and showed us the colour we wanted on another sofa. We were showed all the measurements and he then did a picture of the sofa in our chosen colour. Great and quick experience.

Really welcoming staff who didn't lay on the hard sell, which made the experience much more comfortable. No pressure to purchase, but when we found the sofa for us, Hazel at the Metrocentre store was brilliant, very friendly and took us through everything clearly. Can't wait for it to arrive.

The most corrupt company I've ever dealt with they have made a mistake with the sizes I gave them my measurements and the then sent item was too big therefore results in me refusing the order and me and my disabled children having no sofa for Xmas also refusing to give me my deposit back stay well clear of this company I've reached out to the furniture ombudsman and av sought legal advice

Great service at Sofology today by Emma and the team. Really informative and friendly, and no pressure to buy which allowed us to make the decision ourselves, and ultimately feel happy to purchase. Would definitely recommend!

Felt no pressure from any of the staff. We were left to browse at our own pace but could ask for help whenever we needed. David in particular was very helpful and sorted us out with a new sofa.
