Tom , who help / advised us was very friendly , knowledgeable, helpful , thankyou

My wife and i visited multiple stores looking to replace our furniture and Sofology (who we stumbled upon as never heard of them before!) were by far the nicest people to do business with. The store manager (Enfield) was polite, funny and not pushy! He was very informative and spotted we were serious buyers straight away! He then handed up to a member of the team, a lovely lady that went through all the boring bits with my wife!

Spending a lot of money is painful but the store made it not!!!!

Diana was helpul, knowledgeable and efficient. Showed us our options without making us feel pressured

Tom provided us with brilliant customer service. He made our whole experience very smooth and easy. We were well informed of the sofa and aftercare service which ensured we would proceed with purchasing. Thank you for making this experience so pleasant.

Tom was super helpful in assisting us with making the right choice. Didn’t rush us at all and made us super comfortable (like our new sofa will be hehe). Great guy!

We went into the Endield store to buy 2 four seat leather sofa’s, and the Customer Advisor, her name was Imi, was so sweet and so nice. She was very knowledgeable and gave good advice on weather to buy an additional 1 seat or 2 seat to fit in our living room. By advising us on dimensions and examples and tap measures she gave us very good insight on flow and layout. She went above and beyond with everything we asked, from insurance cover, to leather cleaner, delivery etc. Her help was above and beyond any service we ever expected. We left the store extremely happy and satisfied. I will definitely be recommending this store to friends and family, and if they are extremely lucky ask for Imi😊

The staff and management team, where extremely helpful, and made our decision on sofa easy .

Good, honest service, very helpful staff.Recommend it better than furniture village

We liked the range and quality of the sofas and the service we received was very professional and helpful. There were 3 we liked and Adam helped us with the pros and cons of each which helped our final choice
