Fantastic service and assistance from Pauline
Pauline was really helpful and knowledgeable, offering gentle advice and tips. Her unending patience and friendly understanding was just what we needed, knowing when we wanted help and when not. Thank you for sharing your experience Darran :-)
The whole experience was great
The whole experience was great, went into the Doncaster store and was greeted by Gary, he explained how the pricing structure worked and explained that most of the sofas came in a number of colours and designs.
It was the right amount of sales but without being pushy. He made the whole process easy from start to finish 🙃
Lovely bloke and I would definitely seek him out for future purchases.
Well done Gary and well done Sofology x

Sofology doncaster 2.3.26…
We were greeted by sales assistant Arron, explained we were just having a look, he gave us time to wander freely around store with no hassle. Once we started to decide on a sofa, Aaron then gave us plenty of advice and options on purchasing and after care.
We found the store very relaxed and welcoming, the sales assistants not obviously following you around.
