Never felt more at ease whilst buying furniture. The showroom is well presented and organised. Easy to understand and very accessible for buggy and wheelchairs. Staff its amazing, very helpful, friendly and not pushy as in other furniture stores. Quality is not only visible in materials and design, but also in staff expertise showroom. Loved the whole experience.

Gordon was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable during my visit to Sofology. Very honest, transparent and helped me out a lot when I had a lot of questions regarding which material to go for. Great service and much appreciated!

Welcoming shopping experience in store without the constant pressure from shop assistants as in other stores. Simple and clear online purchasing.

I have extremely small doors and after a lot of research I was left with 2 shops that I could buy from, Sofology and Willow and Hall. Sofology had 1 sofa that would fit and Willow and Hall had 7. Sofology had several stores and the sofa on display so I could visit and try it out and Willow and Hall had only 1 store/warehouse with a total of only 2 sofas on display. So I had the choice of either buying a sofa without seeing or trying or buying a sofa I could see and test. Both companies were great with communicating. Sofology has a chat function on the website which is open fairly late and wait times were only a few minutes I used this several times and each time I happy with the outcome especially the first time I used it. I also called them and visited the Croydon (Purley Way) I did get the impression that Sofology staff get a bonus if they actually sell the sofas as I found staff at times extremely pushy to get me to buy the sofa then and there on both the chat and phone. I also found that after I visited the store and signed up for MySofology each time I either used the chat or called extra items were added to my basket (sofa shield and fabric care kits) even though I had said I didn’t want these. I ended up using a fake email on chat so that this wouldn’t happen!!! The sofa in store was extremely comfortable and staff member was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful and spent quite awhile chatting with me about the sofa. She even managed to get me some swatches so I could check the colours once I was home instead of having to wait to get delivered as Christmas delivery was fast approaching. The swatches were small and once I got home I found it difficult to judge the colours the lady did say they would appear darker as they were small. The swatches were probably a quarter of the size I received from Willow and Hall. Sofa ordered from Sofology and a 11 week wait for delivery (expensive delivery compared to every other furniture store) Sofology was the most expensive place I looked at and is very expensive. I’m hoping that the sofa meets the standard I’m expecting for the price and that the delivery is extraordinary.
Staff were friendly but pushy at times.
Items added to basket after each contact so check you basket before you check out especially if you don’t want the extras.
Expensive but hopefully good quality and will last.

Store not busy. Staff knowledgeable and helpful. Large store although I only really looked at 1 sofa as went in knowing what I wanted and just wanted to try it out.

Sofology has a great selection of sofas with good deals and guarantees. Big shout out to Umut and Gordon who were super helpful during the entire process and made sure that we are comfortable with everything before we made a purchase. Highly recommended!

The sales officer was patient and kind with me, allowing me time to go back home to double check on colour scheme and size. It was a good thing that I lived reasonably near. He was very attentive to details about the Sofa and explained the Financial details so that I would understand it. This was my very best experience and I appreciated it. Thank you very much.
