Thank you for sharing Mr Cartwright
Have I made a big mistake choosing Sofology?…
I had a great in-store experience at Wednesbury. But looking at the terrible reviews about post-sale customer service, delivery and product quality, I am seriously regretting my decision to buy from Sofology. I can't back out now apparently. So all I can do is wait for delivery and hope for the best. Feeling very deflated.

Hi there, thank you so much for sharing your experience. I’m really glad to hear that your visit to our Wednesbury store went well, though I’m truly sorry that the reviews you’ve seen have left you feeling uncertain — that’s never the feeling we want for our customers. Please be reassured that the majority of our deliveries go smoothly, and our teams are here to support you every step of the way. If you have any concerns at all while you wait for your sofa, or if you’d like us to double-check anything on your order, just let us know - we’re more than happy to help and keep you updated. We want you to feel excited about your purchase again, not deflated, and we’ll do everything we can to ensure your delivery and aftercare are as positive as your in-store experience.

I was welcomed in a positive manner by Wendy. She was so helpful and had a lovely manner when discussing my choice of a sofa today. Wendy explained in great detail the choices I could make to purchase my new sofa. She was very clear and I understood about what the policy consisted of and what it covered. She explained about spillages and accidental damage and what I should and shouldn't do. On the whole, Wendy knew what she was talking about was clear and concise and a very pleasant person to do business with. Wendy is the type of person who knows how to deal with the customers and I was very happy having her to guide me today. Thank you Wendy, thank you Sofology...
