Our experience at the Coventry store
Hello Sofology team.
I wanted to take a moment to share my appreciation for Thomas and the exceptional service he provided during our recent visit. His knowledge and expertise truly made us feel welcome. and valued.
Thomas answered all of our questions with ease and patience, which meant a lot to us, especially as we had two
young children in tow. He presented us with various options and offered honest
insights that resonated with us.
Thank you for facilitating such a positive experience.
Best regards,
Palminder Randhawa
