Bought a sofa today and I was served by Ash.
First of all, the service given by ASH was exceptional, he wasnt pushy and left me to pick and choose, and once I had decided on the sofa I wanted, he spent time to help me with the sizing and also helped me understand the cleaning and care requirements.
He was the epitome of first class service.

All of the staff are helpful without being at all pushy. This makes for a much more relaxing and pleasant shopping experience!

Really friendly staff, helpful but not in your face. They were great with my young daughter and kept her entertained while we signed for the sofa. The process was very smooth and Ellie was great, looking forward to getting our new sofa. A lot of great options to choose from!

Good selection & nice quality sofa’s, no pressure sales but Harrison was very informative and non-prejudiced in steering us towards the cost of various options. We took time to decide & were happy to purchase.

The staff and Sofology Bolton, Laura and Harrison, were knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and helpful. They knew all about the sofas and gave us plenty of advice regarding a possible purchase. We were then given time to consider our options with no sense of pressure. Their relaxed and courteous manner, together with the exceptional deal, created the trust enabling us to go ahead with our purchase. They are both a credit to the organisation.

We chose the most beautiful reclining sofa with matching 2 seater & chair at the Bolton Middlebrook Sofology store today, assisted by Ellie who was so friendly, helpful & made us feel so welcome with a cup of coffee too! All the staff were lovely & we felt comfortable finding the right sofa for us, without any pressure to buy, but once we’d made our choice, ordering was a very straight forward process. Thanks for making it an enjoyable experience!

Noshin was absolutely the best sales person I have come across she had helped us for hours at a time and we ended up buying a sofa for double what we was thinking because of how good her service was another sales person tried to intrude saying we are not on commission I will deal with you once she was away from us which we didnt like. I stopped by the store about an hour before closing, and the two staff members were absolutely fantastic! They took the time to answer every single question I had and made sure we were completely happy and confident before making any purchases.

They were also incredibly kind and patient with my 14-month-old, which meant so much to us. It’s not often you come across service that thoughtful and genuine.
