Absolutely fantastic company from start to finish. Kept me up to date with emails & messages to say when it would be delivered, what day & what time etc. I ordered the mirrored dressing table it is absolutely amazing! I'm honestly over the moon with it. Delivery drivers Craig & Johnny were absolutely fantastic. They were so polite, so helpful, on time & nothing was to much trouble. They took it straight upstairs for me & unpacked it. Fantastic delivery drivers, a credit to your company. Couldn't believe it was assembled as well I'm so so pleased with everything. I will definitely buy again from you. Thank you so much again.

From ordering my sideboard to delivery this company has been amazing. I cannot fault them one bit. My sideboard looks absolutely stunning 10/10 I asked the delivery guys if it would be possible to take the sideboard upstairs onto the landing. Most things I’ve ordered in the past they refuse to take upstairs. Even though it says a room of your choice. But these guys did not bat an eyelid. Amazing customer service. As I’ve had such a good experience with this company I’ve already made my second purchase.

A proper better than first class service from Simply Home UK. After receiving an item that has been damaged in transit by a “third party” courier the Customer Service team were fantastic in getting a replacement sent out for the following day with a first class courier. Connor and his delivery mate were absolutely fantastic. They unpacked the item to check it was all intact and no damage had occurred, they photographed it and brought it in the house. Thanks Simply Home UK and thanks Connor and your mate for the excellent service.

I ordered a Diamond Crush Mirrored Media Unit With Fire the company are great communication was good has the item was going to be late by one week which was no problem Craig & Johnny the delivery team are fantastic unboxed it took real good care when bringing it into the house when it was initially put up it looked fantastic the glass and crushed diamond are great however on closer inspection there some imperfection with regards to wood finish surrounding the unit I got in touch with them and they where very quick in dealing with situation and a positive outcome was achieved

This is a follow up review to one star I gave this company the reason for this is I should have been aware of their 2 to 4 week delivery on their product page but the delivery date I have received is
5 weeks from purchase not 2 to 4 as stated and it was not expected that I would have to wait as long for this product but I am assured by the company that it will be worth the wait
