Shipping was very slow, but the product was worth the wait. 👍

I ordered these because the video showed them quite large. I specifically looked at the actor and the plants to help determine actual size. They are about 1/2 the size as represented in the video. Otherwise, they are nice.

Updates on tracking were excellent as well as quick delivery. Product is good as well.

Nice faux plants, but even better Customer service. I really appreciate the updates on shipping and keeping me abreast of the logistics of transfer. The plants are great. I’m excited to see how they hold up to the Texas Sun outdoors. The quality is great, and I appreciate that, but I’m even more happy with the Customer service throughout the transaction. This is how Online shopping should be.

I just ordered some eyeliner and before it even comes the order processed for $10 more than the advertised price. I will change this review if the finalized charge is for the correct price otherwise I will be disputing the charge.

I ordered some clothing for my mom that was $59.99. When I was ready to hit order, the charge became $67.00, so I was alright with that, with the shipping cost. As soon as I hit the order button, the receipt flashed $87.99. I looked, and they were charging me $20.00 more for tax. I cancelled right away with my credit card, but it still needs to be disputed. Since the money went through, I needed to go through the dispute department and now wait until May for a resolution. I did try to get a phone number, and it was an international number. I emailed them to let them know of my cancellation on the 21st, then on the 24th, I received an email that my order shipped with a tracking number. Beware of this company and their sudden charges before it's too late.

I was over charged, it seems like a scam.
