I ordered 3 pair of shoes. Unbeknownst to me, when they arrived, I saw They came from China. No packing slip or information in bag. I was able to find an email address. I sent email stating I need to return 2 pair of shoes $74. I was offered a 15% discount rather then return. I said absolutely not, I need an address to return this junk. Now they are offering 20% return. I indicated the least I will accept is $64 for these I'll fitting shoes. I indicated I was going to contact the attorney general's office of consumer affairs, the US post office etc. Now they come back offering me 25% off total order. No address for return. I AGAIN STATED $64 NO LESS OR GIVE ME YOUR DARN ADDRESS. THIS COMPANY IS FRAUD ALL THE WAY. PLEASE PEOPLE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I LEARNED THE HARD WAY. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND RECOMMEND NO ONE ELSE DEALS WITH THIS COMPANY. LET'S PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS

I ordered shoes for 32.00 and received them last week just to fall apart in a day! I have sent two emails back to the company about this along with pictures..I have not yet recieved an email or a response back.. I will not order again from this company....

I should have gone with my instinct. Now I know! I've been waiting for my items for weeks. and I haven't received anything.

So far...so bad. I ordered weeks ago and no package yet. Like the others, my payment through PayPal was done the same day. I can't login to my account and the message is that they have no record of my order. I have learned a lesson the hard way and will ALWAYS read reviews before I order from an unfamiliar company. Seems to me that PayPal should step up.

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered from this company! I ordered a dress for a wedding, two shirts and a purse. The dress is like a night gown and the shirts are so see through I won’t wear them! I’ll be giving all clothing items to Goodwill. The purse is ok. My order took weeks to get here (from China). Shecici SUCKS

I waited a while for my shoes. I’m changing my post because I did receive them. Terrible customer service. Shoes were packaged well and in new condition. Totally Payless quality. I never heard back from any of my inquiries. So I’m not changing the stars. But this is revised as they at least deserve the credit for fulfilling the purchase agreement.

I wish I would have seen these reviews before I ordered. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes - one pair they advertise, I own, so I thought they would be of that quality. I was WRONG. SCAMMED. At least mine got delivered but they are worthless. The shoes I ordered look like I made them myself. They are not similar to the pictures. No name brands, glued on soles, cheapest materials. Seriously, ridiculous. I only paid $95 for all 3 but they are not even worth $1. RIPPED OFF. #SHENOTCICI

I wish I could attach a picture of the dress I ordered & the dress I received from She’s Cici. The dress I received is cotton with a stamped design. There is no tag, no zippers, no buttons. No way to get it on!! I’m sure poor children in a sweat shop had to sew it.

Cannot get refund from PayPal - shoes are no where to be found - link to shipping information is a fake.

I bought 3 pairs of shoes from this company, haven’t received anything, emailed them twice and nothing. They took the money from my account for the order the day I placed it so basically stole the money without sending the order. I’m not one to give a bad review but I want to warn future buyers

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! I am not one to post reviews, but I felt I needed to after my experience. First off, nowhere on the site does it mention the return address. It does not say where the items are coming from either. When I received them, of course I was excited, I spent $80 on some cute things. But to my surprise... not only were they so small my teenage cousin couldn't fit into them, but the stitching is all off and doesn't even match up. I reached out to return these items and that's when it got complicated. That's when I found out the company is based in China and there is a huge process you have to go through to return. Not only having to pay to ship the items back, they can't guarantee they will even receive the items. They also ask you to declare the items to be less than $5.00 because if it's more theres a chance they may not receive the package! I still have these items and do not know what to do with them. Who is going to buy these things when they aren't even made correctly! Take it from me..... DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE!!

I got one thing out of 9 items I ordered. The dress is similar but not what I ordered. It’s so thin in real life it’s see through. I emailed them six times and no one responded. I had PayPal contact them and PayPal said they had so many complaints on this company that they are on radar to be removed.

Also they are a distributor so they have many other websites posing as different companies. Don’t order from them or similar set up with same items. They are nothing like in the picture when you actually get it.

I will report this to Visa. PayPal and escalate it to law ENFORCEMENT for fraud.

Buyers beware!! This is a scam company!! They will quickly take your money, may only deliver a couple of items of your purchase (which incidentally is all very poor quality), and never deliver all the items from a purchase transaction so they can profit more. You end up paying for merchandise you will never receive, and good luck getting your money back! There's no one to speak with or contact directly. Their customer service is a joke! You can only send them an email that probably never gets read!!

Buyer beware, if I could give a zero I would. You would be better off throwing your money to the wind. The worst quality and smelling product I have ever seen. They make it impossible to return, the product comes from Hong Kong. They will offer you a 15% coupon on your next order, like that would happen.... Absolutely joke, please save you money, I wish I did. I was a Sucker, please don’t be one too.

Oh my days. Shocking. I've been done. Bought 3 items. The shoes don't fit. The dress and top are poor quality, cheap items. The company won't give you the return address. They offer money off next time. Then a partial refund. So far my best offer is 15% refund and to keep the items. DO NOT USE.

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes over a month ago. One pair arrived yesterday and they look nothing like the pic and are way to big. They also smell funny. I have emailed this company twice with no response. Once prior to one pair arriving and one after and still nothing. I am asking for a refund on the two pair that have not shipped yet, but haven't heard back. Do not order from this company, it is a waste of money.

I received a pair of shoes that do not look at all like the ones I ordered. Furthermore, these shoes have a really bad quality. Therefore, I wanted to send them back. It took 4 e-mails to get the address to which I could send back the shoes. It was an address in China and sending the packet back to China is more expensive than the shoes. So I took the offer of the shop to refund 15 % of the costs. This is why I gave the shop one star. However, I have not received any money yet and I would never buy anything at that shop again.
