DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They are a huge scam. Their photos are all false advertising and you do not receive what is in the photo. This company needs to go out of business because they are scamming people and taking their money. They have the WORST customer service I have ever seen and they do not let you return anything. Please do yourself a favor and save the headache. Do not buy from this company. The quality is completely awful and they take forever to get back to you. I have about 20 emails with their customer service not reading what I have to say and just copy and pasting. They don’t care about their customers!

I feel really stupid that i didn't read these reviews first, the pictures look so cute! Cheap quality, inconsistent sizing and HORRIBLE customer service. Steer clear!!

This is the WORSE co. ever. Their items dont look like their pics. I ordered a duvet set. got completely different color. They wouldnt refund me. I had to return product 1st and they dont pay for returns. Mind you this is a color I didnt ordered. Product was $120. and to return it would be $130. There customer service, that is, if you can get a reply SUCKS. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. Must add the product was cheaply made..gaps where the material meets together.

I guess Im in the same boat as everyone else leaving comments. I have just received an order and because I knew it was coming from China I had already looked into the return policy. Of course the items did not fit and I now need to return them but I cannot get anone to answer my email and there is no phone number to call. I have spent 100 dollars and would at least get the right sizes or my money back. Does anyone have the return address?? You only have so many days to return the items and of course time is ticking and im getting no response from them. Very frustrating!!!! will be writng bad reviews for them and contacting BBB

Definitely a sketchy operation. I ordered 2 dresses. Received a confirmation on the day of the order and nothing for 4 weeks until I contacted them via email. When the order was received the clothing was a strange fit and poorly made. There was no shipping invoice in the bag and I have again sent emails to the company to ask how to make a return with no response. Lesson learned and with a skinnier wallet! If you want a top notch and pleasant online shopping experience with no issues whatsoever use ASOS!

I am in the same situation as the other posting. This “clothing” is absolutely cheap and the poorest quality I have ever seen. They offered me to “keep the clothing because I could regift it or sell myself” - seriously? Then their second offer was 15% refunded price. They won’t give you and address to return your items to and rely on your level of frustration after multiple emails or no response will wear you down.

Avoid this site at all costs! Absolutely unethical and complete garbage!!!!

I ordered 4 pairs of shoes which i thought were very unique... took very long to receive... all of them are tight in the toe area but am able to wear 3 of them The one had a zipper that went only half way up... which made it impossible to get your foot into... they are NOT VERY COOPERATIVE TO refund the full amount for a useless shoe...im still in the process of emailing back and forth over and over and over........ very frustrated

Awful quality and should not be in business. Don't expect to be able to return -- you are stuck with the crappy shoes they will send you! Facebook and Instagram should NOT accept advertising from these guys!!

I'm actually surprised this business is functional. Their customer service is absolutely horrible. Not only did the product take over 3 weeks to arrive, it was not at all as described or pictured. Cheap, ugly material with a different color and pattern was delivered to me and customer service literally told me I should try to sell it to a friend! Still working through PayPal to receive my refund because they expect me to pay shipping to return it (which is as much as the product cost originally!) I am warning you do not buy from this company!

Horrible customer service. Sizing is wrong. They refuse to give me an address to return the items. After dispute with PayPal they sent the address but was way after their 15 day return policy. The items took almost 3 weeks to get to the US. Do not buy from them!!

I wish I could put no stars. This is most BS site I have ever dealt with! DO NOT order anything from them. I cannot begin to describe how awful these clothes are. The pictures are all fake! They refuse to send me an address to return the items and keep offering a coupon like I’d actually shop there ever again. I have never been so mad in my life!

I just wished I had done my homework and checked reviews on this SCAM OF A COMPANY!!! Like many others, I ordered 3 pairs of shoes and 2 tops, all the items looked lovely online (of course I now realize they use legit pictures) what I received are the LOWEST QUALITY KNOCK OFFS I have ever seen!!! I contacted them since the day I received my order and they will just give me the run around offering discounts on future orders (it will be a snowy day in hell when I order from them again!!!) and telling me how expensive it will be to ship it back, and so forth. For a solid week they have been playing the same stupid game, it is like i have been speaking or writing to their blind spot!! I am exhausted from all this back and forth. Finally they sent me a very convoluted and incomplete address with the disclaimer that the shipment may get lost and they may never receive it thus never getting any refund. I am so disgusted with this whole experience!! $160 down the drain! Contacted PayPal to report the situation. It is obvious that Pinterest gets paid to list advertisements from scam companies like SheCici, NanaShoes, LilyShoes, and all the others that seem to be part of the same cluster of scammers. I have ordered things from companies that advertise in Pinterest in the past without issues, good old American Companies,but never again!! If you cannot trust that Pinterest will check the legitimacy of the companies that advertise with them, it means that Pinterest has little respect for their following. Equally dissapointed with PayPal. I would give SheCici and the likes of them negative stars if I could. Their sales tactics, lack of respect for the customers, and absolute lack of Customer Service is appalling!! I will post my experience with this company on Social Media as often as possible!

bad quality, inconsistent sizing, terrible customer service

I wrote to request a refund for all 3-pairs of shoes I ordered. The parcel was received yesterday from a local sender "Signature Mail International"
Firstly: None of the 3 pairs fit properly nor did any of them fasten on the side (you can see the Velcro on the side), Second: the quality is terrible and these shoes look so cheap! I was very disappointed and wanted a full refund back onto my visa. In response "customer service offered 20% off my next purchase or I would need to pay for shipping costs back to China. Not sure how this company gets away with selling items on-line, especially internationally - when there's no system in place for proper customer service or refund process. I will never recommend them and I expect to get my $$$$ back

Package isnt arrived (reason is delivery Problems) and I wont get my Money back ... thats a fraud!!!

Scam company.
I got suspicious when 2 weeks after ordering I received no communication from them.
I found these reviews, contacted company and they replied, "Gee sorry your shoes were on back order. We can get them out in a week or so."
Went through PayPal to cancel order. Shecici only sent messages to my email.(Do you want a different style? Do you need a different size? Are you sure you want to cancel? We can send them tomorrow...") I only sent messages to them through the PayPal resolution center. After at least 5 messages saying, "Cancel the order," they finally did. Money was refunded. I feel very lucky!
I also filed a complaint with Pinterest asking why SheCici made it through their vetting process as an advertiser. Hopefully they've been shut down.

Too bad because the shoes I thought I ordered were adorable.

Absolute cheap knock-offs that took over a month to receive! Clothing is not the same as pictured! The purse I purchased is much smaller than shown and IS NOT oil rubbed leather-it has a very chemical smell!

Son hechos de vinilo y hasta las marcas con estilografo donde hacen el corte se ven. No malgasten su dinero, yo hice una orden de $135.00 con lo que pude haber comprado unos bonitos zapatos de marca. Todo lo que nos muestra la Internet es una estafa, un farsa y una gran mentira. Porfavor lean estas experiencias antes de comprar algo por Internet. Que no les suceda a ustedes también.

I ordered the cutest shoes that I saw on an add in Facebook. When I received them they are not even close to what I saw on the ad. The ankle part is way too big and I cannot wear. I contacted the company since you only have 15 days and was told return shipping was really expensive would I accept 15% off. I said no! Then I was offered a 20% coupon for a next order. I told them I would only accept FREE because they are too big and I CANNOT WEAR. I did receive an address and when I looked it up on FEDEX because you have to use certain companies to return-it was going to be $182 to return. This company is a complete SCAM and it's funny that their ads are no longer showing up on my facebook feed. I too wish I would have read the reviews. I have certainly learned the hard way! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Wished I had read reviews before I decided to order, dress arrived on time in a very small package . SHOCK HORROR very large had myself measured by a professional only three sizes to choose from.

Color not the same as the item on the web site , too wide not fitted at all it looks like a sack. The bodice of the dress longer at the back irregular cut . The picture on the web the colors were subtle colors the one I received very loud . Taken to a dressmaker now at an extra charge for alterations $ 50.00 extra he has to take the dress apart and hopefully improve it so I can at least wear it. The dress now is costing me $100.00 AUD and that’s if it can be remodeled . I will never order online ever again certainly from this rip off company . I have a shabby polyester dress with no lining they have my money. This is an Asian company making out the item is coming from America. Liars
