Several parts required where…
Several parts required where unavailable for a couple of weeks.My machine had to go in for a second time in a year and I was warned that the heat pad issue might be charged back to me if it was deemed my negligence.I reacted to this and was disappointed as I carry out the regular maintenance requirements.I also think the prices for parts are very high.

I had to buy new air hose so I bought one from head office because they weren’t available in my area then my mask broke so I went down to the nearest ResMed shop and they listen to my needs .
They explained to me that I could have bundle of goods which includes of a hose, mask, water-tank and everything else that I needed for a low price of $6.50 a week which save me over $120. if I bought them individually, and over $300 if I bought it from the nearest competitor.
They give me a full refund of heated hose that already purchased. You can’t complain about that.
They were just brilliant.

Took literally 2months from order date to receive my masks.
So I couldn’t use my machine for treatment until they arrived.
Bloody terrible
