I had two parcels from Amazon delivered to the wrong address. A photo of the packages was shown at a door I didn't recognise.

This is got to be one of the worst delivery ive ever come across on the 15.09.26.
The driver took a picture of my front door but chucked tha parcel on the floor near the bin.
He didn't even come near my door to give me a chance to answer. A terrible service the driver should be sacked.

If I could give 0 stars I would. What is the point of leaving detailed instructions if the courier is too stupid to follow them. I have gone so far to block all online deliveries with relay where possible. The worst company ever

Literally not fit for purpose. Horrible. Zero customer service. Parcel hasn’t updated in a week. I have disabled this option on my Vinted account. Even worse than Evri.

Worst possible experience, they make up delivery times and then say it’s available for collection at somewhere you’ve never been or mentioned. They can’t guarantee when they can deliver it and then mysteriously log it as an unsuccessful attempt when you were in your property.
It’s gaslighting - avoid and make sure you never select it as an option

So I have purchased 4 different orders on vinted with Relay delivery in the last 2 weeks and guess what - 3 havent arrived at all and one was missing for ages and when finally arrived it was slammed through letterbox so smashed to pieces and Jiffy bag was covered in mud so looked like it has been stamped on the floor. On the most recent one, I ask the seller if they have sent and when they say they have I advise them that the status page on vinted through relay still says ‘waiting to receive your vinted order’. So basically after a few weeks Vinted refunds the buyer and the seller loses the items and cost of the items so is out of pocket but buyer gets refunded. Please please every one don’t use relay for sending parcels to avoid disappointment. Relay are likely pocketing the items and not updating status knowing that Vinted will pay back the buyer. Massive scam happening and trading standards need to step in to halt company trading until investigated. Please everyone report to trading standards to investigate as it’s the only way they will get looked in to if everyone who’s had a bad experience reports it. I have made sure I have clicked off Relay option on vinted in settings to avoid this happening to me when sending

If i could give no stars that's what it would be. Shien tend to use this delivery company despite its ridiculously bad reputation for either not delivering on time or leaving parcels in inappropriate places. I have the same experience with them every time. I am still waiting for a parcel that was due by 14th September. They do not respond to complaints and they should be investigated. Also they deliver up to 10pm. I certainly wouldn't be opening the door to a delivery driver at 10pm!!!!

Had a parcel supposedly delivered. Can't find no emails. They show it sticking out of the letterbox. But when I looked 10 muns later it's not there. And I have no idea who it's from as I get loads of deliveries. You can't get in touch with them. The website is confusing and am not happy with the at all

Most probably the worst delivery company we have ever seen. Delays, damage and a nightmare to send anything. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Infact I go out of my way to avoid it now and I won’t actually order from any company that uses them.

A very bad service. I am an invalid with multiple health problems and housebound. My orders are destined for a supermarket three quarters of a mile away. I have no way of collecting them.

No receipt given. Only by email. First and last time I will ever use this service. Hadn’t even left the shop and it’s reported as lost and I never received the confirmation email so no proof of posting. Totally Avoid

Who invented Relay Delivery?
This is the most unrelying and most annoying delivery service it should be shut down!!!! Who delivers parcel at 10 oclock at night everyone sleeps babies are asleep and they be knocking and ringing as if was in day light are you frickin stupid hope this delivery system shuts down and bankrupt!!!!!!!!!!! why is this even everywhere if I could choose other options I would never chose it!! Unlucky its for Shein n Temu

Absolutely dreadful company. I’ve been in all day expecting a parcel and was even given a rough delivery time, then what do you know, I get an “attempted delivery” notice and now won’t deliver for another 2 days, what an appalling company Relay is! I’ll make sure these won’t be used again!

There just the worst. Every shop where I live have no stopped using this service. Always late ... days late might I add. Can't contact them directly and the reviews are the worst I've ever seen on any review site. Worst than food places with 1 star hygiene rating.

The tracking update is appalling

STILL WAITING FOR ITEMS ORDERED 6 WEEKS AGO. DELIVERY TIME KEPT CHANGING ON THE DATE SAYING WOULD BE DELIVERED AT 10PM!! THEN RECEIVED NOTIFICATION SAYING FAILED DELIVERY. THIS HAPPENED AGAIN ON THE SATURDAY DESPITE ME LEAVING INSTRUCTIONS TO THE DRIVER. PARCEL HAS NOW GONE MISSING AND CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT REPLY.

Bought an item off vinted, received a QR code went to collect, the code would not work, the shop keeper told me to return the following day which I did, still didn't work, then I received two emails, one to track the parcel which was showing at the shop for collection and another saying parcel is delayed. I would not recommend using there company and I will not be using them again, very unreliable still waiting on an update as to why the item is not where it should be, bought things from China that have arrived faster than relay

I purchased and paid for Relay Home Delivery. Relay subsequently sent me a message encouraging me to select a collection point. I clicked this without it being made clear that this would permanently change the delivery method, and there was no warning that it couldn’t be reversed. I just want them to restore the home delivery service that I selected and paid for. It’s clearly a trick so they don’t have to make individual deliveries and can just send a load of parcels to the same shop address and needs to stop.

Just seen someone on Facebook mention the dire Trust Pilot score. Wow! I’ve had over 50 parcels delivered to me by Relay via Vinted. All perfect, for a bargain price. Delivered to my post office at the bottom of the road. Ideal.

Apart from the QR code issue, Relay is a good company and my parcels usually arrive quickly.
However, for parcel RELR5C2QJ3J at
Harlesden High Street, I was not sent the
QR code with the "your order has arrived" email. The tracking page was showing nothing.
I had to go to the shop twice with my tracking number and ID and was refused the parcel. Only after I made a formal complaint did they send the link, and I generated the QR code in 2 minutes.
It made me angry for no need. If the QR link had been sent from the beginning, !
would have given 5 stars.
Please send the QR code together with the arrival notification.
