Good product, dissapointed with customer service
I ordered a personalized dog collar and initially contacted customer service regarding an issue. They did reply to my firsts messages, however when I followed up asking about a refund or exchange, I never received any further response. My last email sent 13th of Jan. It’s disappointing because once a problem is raised, customers should be able to resolve it properly. Communication stopped when I asked for a solution.
No no complaint about the quality or the product, it's actually really good collar but the sizing information is a bit unclear as I've ordered correct size, but when I've ajdusted the bucke the name sat exactly under the adjustment buckle.

In this case, the collar ordered was a personalised item. As stated on our website, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges on personalised products.
From your description, it sounds like the larger size was selected. For this style of collar, the small size would have been the correct option so that the name sits correctly on the collar once adjusted. We do provide a sizing guide on the personalisation page where the design is added it also advises customers to choose the smallest size that fits their dog. This helps ensure the buckle sits further away from the personalisation so the name remains visible when the collar is adjusted.

The only harness and lead we will use
Pictures are as described, we have a dog who is strong and generic harness/leads just don’t do the job. These harnesses are durable and as a dog owner feel safe when taking our boy out with this harness and lead. These harnesses/leads quality is 5* along with delivery which was on time.

First time using regal and I was a little sceptical when ordering as the quality in the pictures looked good.. Brilliant service all the way through
Brilliant service all the way through. I bought a tactical collar and harness around a year ago I sent the harness back as it wasn’t needed. They refunded me and gave a little extra if it was store credit which I accepted. Fast forward a year and I had lost the email with the voucher code and needed to order another lead within 2 emails in one day it was all sorted no hassle at all how things should be. Very few company’s offer this kind of Customer service now days and it goes a long way. Couldn’t recommend REGAL more!

ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING!
I ordered a personalised collar for my boy Rambo. It arrived the very next day. The quality is outstanding and the packaging is very impressive. Comes in a lovely little bag. I have tried other top sites and they do not compare to Regal. My dogs have just had a litter of 9 so i shall be buying them all their first collars from regal and then recommending to the pups new owners as well as my other doggy parents!
