We've been using Real Boiler Servicing for almost 10 years to service our 9 boilers. Ibrahim is the most conscientious and honest heating engineer there is. He takes pride in his work and always does a thorough job. Reasonably priced too !

How often can you say that? Ibrahim was great. He explained what needed to be done very clearly and then did the work very efficiently and without any fuss. I'd had some very disappointing experiences with other companies (it was a flue issue), but Ibrahim was a breath of fresh air. A thorough professional. Can't recommend him highly enough.

Brilliant service and advice, very reliable!

Ibrahim has done the annual service on my boiler for many years. I have always found him to be extremely efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and he explains what he's doing or what needs to be done. This year he also replaced 3 radiators that were over 35 years old and not working as efficiently as they used to. It was not a straightforward job but Ibrahim managed to sort it all out for me in his usual professional manner. Highly recommended!
