Please refrain from having PLDT if you want peace of mind. I have been waiting for them to relocate my internet for the last month and no over came back to me while their billing Team does not cease to send payment notifications.
What kind of customer service that just pick your Chat and end it right way without even taking time to check anything. It's sickening to experience such a horrible thing. If i could give a zero review I would. I just lost a job opportunity due to my connection being ass. My meeting was cut off because i had 3 mbps, when in fact i subscribed to a 800mbps internet. This company SCAMS their customer, not to mention, their customer service is just as slow as their internet. I feel like I am talking to a newborn.
I called PLDT because of internet issues
Yesterday, I reached out to PLDT to report internet issues. Despite being subscribed to an 800Mbps plan, my connection speed was only 1Mbps, paired with a 120ms ping. After completing all the suggested troubleshooting steps, I was advised to follow up the next day if the issue persisted.
Today, upon calling back, I was informed that their system or network is currently down for maintenance, preventing them from accessing my account details. I was instructed to follow up again in two hours. I complied and followed up every two hours, yet the issue remains unresolved as of now.
Constantly slow wifi
Constantly slow wifi. Their messenger customer service is always bugging and takes so long to reply. Honestly its better to go to a different internet service provider. And lastly, if they haven't been providing you with internet for months and you decide to disconnect from them, just well be aware they will charge you for those months that you didn't even have internet connection.

Horrible. Got 5 days of no service.. Losing $63 a day from work and they gave me a $1.58 (100 peso) off my bill! How does that make sense?!
PLDT HOME chat is useless..
PLDT HOME chat is useless... lazy agents... they just don't like their jobs and SO NOT GIVE A DAMN about helping. They make you wait for so long, and then gives you 1-3 minutes only to reply then cuts you off. You need to do the whole process again... waiting for at least 45 minutes.

Outright horrendous
Horrendous isn't even enough to describe this internet provider. They keep on calling us to upgrade our promo but they don't even try to fix the present problem. A month ago, we lost connection and they took a week to return it. After that, our wifi became extremely unstable. We lose connection every now and then. We pay on time for what? Just to experience this?

Absolute Bullshit. You do not deserve to be called a company, you do not deserve to be called service. All you give is headaches. Useless slow ass wifi takes around 30 seconds to load a single yt video. This shitty ass wifi struggled to load a video in 144P. Like how can an internet be this damn bad. High price for shitty service. I hate you. Worst wifi to ever exist.
Rude Customer Service
Customer service called our telephone number by saying “This is PLDT Customer Service”. No names were given, the operator was male. He asked to speak to my dad who is the owner of the account. I informed that he was at work and I asked him what the call was about - he said it was about the internet connection speed. I assumed it was to help us with our problems on our internet connection speed because it has been weak the past few months. He asked me for my name in order to document that he talked to someone. Based on his tone, I received the impression that he just wanted to finish the call thus, I became wary and initially withheld my name. A little context - My family has had internet problems for the past few months so I wanted to ensure there was an effective action plan to address it.
He only wanted to talk to my dad so I asked how to reach PLDT. He said 171. I then asked them if they have a cellphone number on file and if PLDT can contact my father via cellphone. Throughout this, he was speaking over me and rudely asking for my name and who I was to the owner of the account.
I wanted to verify the cellphone number they had on file but he refused. I figured it was for data privacy. I asked these questions to make sure that my dad would be reached since he was at work. He kept insisting that he couldn’t discuss anything with me because I was not the owner of the account then he asked me who is paying for it.
He got even more aggressive about asking for my name to the point that I told him to stop talking to me rudely.
I told my name is Diana and that I am the daughter of the owner of the PLDT account. I informed him that I wanted to get all the information so I can relay this properly to my dad.
I was telling him to chill and asked for his name because I wanted to know who on the line as well. Please note that he didn’t introduce himself with a name and just mentioned that he was from PLDT. In the era of scams, It’s only prudent to know the names of who you’re talking to on the phone when the caller is unknown or a first time caller. Still in a rude tone, he said that his name is Sir JD. I asked for a last name and he said that last names are not allowed to be given. I said hold on, I’ll inform my parents now. I called my parents and relayed the conversation. When I returned, no one was there on the line.
It was an unpleasant call and I decided to leave a review. To PLDT, please reinforce the basic importance of polite manners to your Customer Service. May our internet connection speed problems get resolved with the help of staff that have manners. Thanks!

The service is terrible. The internet keeps getting disconnected. I called customer service 3 times and still they weren't able to fix it. If I could give them 0 rating, I would!!!!
