Our internet connection shut down for how many days. They said they will restore it in 36hours but they will leave you horrible. We called them for how many times and they always told us that they will check it. There agents are getting angry to us for always chatting and calling them! Worst company ever!

About PLDT. My first experience of the "old" version of they're network wasn't bad after all, but then the latest or I mean current model of the network is just the worst ever! Main reasons of this worst experience was the range of the network was very short, I also disconnect from it every few minutes. And most of the time I connect to it, it says no internet access. I was so irritated about it. More of that is it can't give a good performance after just two to three people using it. Plus with this network performance I couldn't reach many websites. Just for an example was I am trying to read an article about important news and stuff through the internet. And it can't reach it.

Worst experience! I've been trying to get my internet restored since Monday after my connection suddenly dropped. I immediately called to inquire about the issue, but it still hasn't been fixed. This has caused significant hassle for my work, which relies on a stable internet connection!!!

Very good and very consistent in being horrible both connection wise and customer service wise. Honestly just get an isp outside of the country if given the option

pldt doesn't deserve even a one star, this service sucks big time !! there is always no wifi connection and it always took one week before they fix it trust me your money will just be waste.

shittiest internet provider. our service keeps getting cut off EVERY MONTH. AND THERE ARE NO ADJUSTMENT ON TOP OF THAT THE INTERNET CONNECTION IS VERY SLOW.

A pure shit show. We upgraded our plan to 1699 with Netflix and was promised that we'll get our access with 7 biz days. Unfortunately, it's almost a month now and nobody cares if we get it or not. I have called x number of times but all CS says the same script "We'll create a ticket, We've coordinated with team blah. blah.blah..Their mngr is always engaged in call (it only means their getting a lot of complaints? PLDT WILL SUCK YOU OFF AND LEAVE YOU DRY. WORST!!!

It's almost a month now, internet is broken, no one is coming to fix, and customer service pretends that technicians are working and/or they are escalating the repair ticket to expedite it. 🙃 Absolute dogshit provider.

They're very good at sending you bills at the speed of light and doing ad campaigns to spread propaganda that they're "the best ISP in the Philippines". 🙃

Wifi went down as I'm writing this ! Absolutely terrible service ! I pay almost 4k a month for TV and wifi and I lose connection multiple times a day every day . I have two students in college and when service goes down they lose their work !

The shittiest wifi ever, I switched to my second even tho it's only 4 bars it still overpowered PLDT.with all due respect, I hate you, I lost so many ranked games because of you, dumpster ass wifi
