This rental car company was the best I have experienced. The customer service was great, the car and checking of the car (video recording) made me feel comfortable no one was going to try to charge you for false damages.

On the delivery back they were super efficient and professional. Thumbs up to these guys. 👍

I usually like to rent at local companies in foreign countries. This one is local and very reliable. We arrived late in our incoming flight and got lucky as there was only one person in line ahead of us. The rental was done in about 10 minutes. The people speak really good English which was nice as I can only speak English and Spanish. Then you head out to the lot and that takes another 10 minutes. They do a video of the car and off you go. The car we got, Fiat Panda, was clean and only had 20K km on it. The Panda is slow and going up the hills you learn real quick that 3rd gear is your friend. Going down the hills, I realized the brakes work very well and the Panda handles really well for such a small car. I am not sure if the Opel Corsa is faster. The Panda has some sort of chime that alerts you when you drive above the speed limit. But NO ONE in Sardinia drives the speed limit and if you do they might run you off the road. I just ignored it the entire week. It gets great mileage and we only had to fill the tank back up on our last day and we went from Cala Ganone all the way up to Porto Cervo. That inlcuded trips to Olbia and San Teodoro. Return was very easy and that took about 10 minutes max even though they were very busy.

Il personale di Only Sardinia Autonoleggio si è dimostrato impeccabile: in sede e via email ho sempre ricevuto informazioni puntuali, supporto rapido e un atteggiamento cordiale, accompagnato da un sorriso.
Ad aprile, durante la prenotazione, avevo selezionato per errore le date sbagliate di noleggio. Quando li ho contattati, per aggiungere un seggiolino per il bimbo mi hanno subito fatto notare la discrepanza nelle date e, grazie proprio alla richiesta del seggiolino, sono riuscita a sistemare tutto. Il team ha modificato direttamente la prenotazione senza chiedere alcun pagamento anticipato: la differenza è stata addebitata solo al momento della riconsegna dell’auto a fine noleggio.
È il secondo anno consecutivo che mi affido a Only Sardinia Autonoleggio e mi sono sempre trovata molto bene. La consiglio volentieri.

The best service we’ve had in a long time.
We’d been let down by another car hire company, but at Only Sardinia they went out of their way to find a good solution for us, even though they were almost fully booked. As well as providing really good service and great flexibility, they also took the time to put together a little guide with things they thought we should see on our holiday.
The service was also excellent when we returned the car.

Nachdem die Autovermietung noleggiare uns trotz Buchung und Bezahlung kein Auto gegeben hat, wegen Überbuchung, sind wir bei only Sardinia freundlich empfangen worden. Die Anmietung, sowie die Rücknahme war äußerst problemlos. Man kann diese Vermietung sehr empfehlen.

Professionale nella documentazione e negli strumenti utilizzati, disponibile via mail per chiarimenti. Rimborso cauzione in tempi brevi. Più economico di altri noleggi.

È stato tutto perfetto! Ho ricevuto esattamente l'auto che avevo richiesto e le operazioni di ritiro e riconsegna sono state rapide.

Sono cliente di questa compagnia di autonoleggio da anni e non posso che consigliarla. Il personale è sempre gentilissimo, disponibile e professionale, pronto a trovare la soluzione migliore per ogni esigenza.

I prezzi sono davvero competitivi e decisamente più convenienti rispetto ad altre compagnie più conosciute, senza rinunciare alla qualità del servizio. Un altro grande punto di forza è la rapidità: niente lunghe code o attese interminabili, il ritiro e la riconsegna dell'auto sono sempre veloci e organizzati.

Le auto che ho noleggiato sono sempre state pulite, ben tenute e affidabili. È una di quelle aziende che, dopo aver provato, ti fanno venire voglia di tornare ogni volta che sei in Sardegna.

Check-in e check out velocissimi. Automobile praticamente nuove. Il sito presenta tutte le informazioni chiare ed i prezzi sono buoni. Autonoleggio raggiungibile in 30 secondi.
Ma la cosa più importante per me è la gentilezza dei dipendenti. Sono preparati,chiari nelle spiegazioni e tutti ti regalano un sorriso. Questo non ha prezzo... grazie. Quando tornerò ad Olbia sono certa di affidarmi ancora ad only Sardinia.
