I love this company. Their scents are high-quality, long lasting almost exact dupes of their super expensive high-end counterparts. When there was a shipping issue on the fault of the mail carrier, they were very responsive and quick to help me troubleshoot. I'm no longer going to buy any high-end perfumes that are also listed on Oil Perfumery because their scents are that good. Highly recommend.

I’ve purchased the Blackberry & Bay, Aventus and Orchidee Vanille oils. The oils smell just like the perfume or cologne they are impression of and they are great for layering. I’ve interacted with customer service and they were prompt and professional. I will continue to purchase from Oil Perfumery and recommend them to everyone.

I have been buying from perfume oil from this company for 6 years. Their price goes up very little compared to the diluted bottle of spray in the market. They offer the best.

This is online so make sure what to pick and not pick. If I don't like something, one of my friends will like it as a gift. So I never make a return as the price is so low already.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I placed my order on Dec 12th, with an expected arrival date of Dec 23rd and I have not been updated since! I emailed their customer support on the 23rd because the item had not even been shipped. I received a response saying that there were extended processing times of 5-7 days because of the holidays (it had been 11 days since I placed the order) when I brought up that the it had been longer than 7 days. No where on their website does it communicate these extended wait times. I received a generic response claiming to be “sorry for the inconvenience” but received absolutely no update on the status of my order. I have sent multiple emails following up because there is absolutely no reason why it should take 15 days to simply send my order (after the holiday had concluded) and I am being completely ignored now.

Horrible customer service. Received a very condescending email when I inquired about my order that had still not shipped 6 days after placing the order. The email stated that they had 2-4 business days to ship (it had already been 6 business days) and not to worry, they would ship it when they could. When I placed the order, it said it would be delivered by Christmas. It is Christmas Eve (now 7 business days later) and only a shipping label has been created. Terrible customer service and a company that doesn't deliver.

This is the 2nd time I purchased from Oil Perfumery. In total, I think I purchased 12 and only did not like 2. Their customer service is timely and professional. I like them and expect to buy again.

Horable customer service. Ordered $115.00 dollars worth of perfumes. They say 1-4 shipping days. Still haven't shipped and is ordered around the 6th of December. If my company had lead times like this we wouldn't have a business. The cs team can only tell me it will ship soon. I kept pressing and they said by the end of the week or early next week. Today is Thursday. Was a Christmas present. Poor business practice.

Edit- they finally got it sent out. I will adjust review once product it at my house.

The two stars are because the oils are good quality. I enjoy them. My problem is, they charge so much for shipping a tiny bottle and say it’s “1-4 day shipping” with Fed Ex. There is no option to get it mailed USPS. The 1-4 days? Absolutely never. Not once have I received my oil in a timely manner. It’s generally 12-14 days. That’s ten business days of you are counting. When I try to complain about it, they told me that’s just how it is and blew it off. If you expect your oil in a timely manner, go elsewhere. If you don’t want to pay $7.99 to ship one small bottle that would cost $1.10 via USPS, go elsewhere.

I'm hard to please, however when I. Pleased, I'm happy. Oil perfumery as a company delivers the quality of designer scents at an affordable price. The compliments while wearing the scents never stop. Shipping is secure and although a couple of weeks for shipping seems long, it isn't and it's worth it. I will continue using the products as I will continue ordering.

I’M IN LOVE! I have placed three relatively large orders from this site and have been very happy with every single item I’ve purchased. Their shipping is very prompt, their prices are incredibly reasonable, and their products are amazing! Of the 25 or so scents I’ve ordered, they all smell as close to the real thing as humanly possible. The packaging is convenient, and the fragrances sometimes last significantly longer than their brand name counterparts. There are SO MANY options to choose from, and their customer service is impeccable! I will continue to order from them time and time again.

I bought a few gift sets & a single perfume after hearing friends rave about this company and noticed a small mistake in part of my delivery, however it did come in on time. The perfume smelled great and the oil was non irritating/non greasy for the one I tried and spot on to the Tom Ford Lost Cherry to my nose. I let customer service know of the mistake & I got a highly professional response the same day from Matthew with confirmation that a new, correct product being sent to me to replace what I received mistakenly. I’m highly impressed, even Amazon is not this prompt and professional with order issues like this. Thank you Matthew!

They do not allowed all bad reviews. I have bought a perfume from them based on the reviews and when I got it, it was AWFUL! there is NO way someone would like this perfume. Regardless, I have posted my review about the perfume in their website and guess what, it was never published !! So be careful.. I would never buy from them anymore

I can't recommend OilPerfumery enough! Their selection of inspired fragrances is nothing short of amazing. The scents are incredibly accurate to the originals, yet they're offered at a fraction of the price. I've purchased several, and each one has exceeded my expectations in terms of quality, longevity and projection. I receive compliments often.
I did have one small mix-up in my order when I was accidentally sent the women's version of a male fragrance I ordered. However, customer support was excellent and immediately resolved the issue, shipping out the correct version very quickly. Surprisingly, it turned out to be a happy accident-I ended up really enjoying the "mistake" fragrance and plan to reorder it with many more!
The roll-on bottles are convenient and the packaging is sleek and minimal, adding to the overall luxury experience. If you are looking for high quality fragrances without breaking the bank, OilPerfumery is an absolute gem. Their exceptional customer service and incredible products have made me a loyal customer for life!

Oil Perfumery's product is fantastic. Purchased Creed Aventus clone and Creed Green Irish Tweed clone. The Creed Aventus is simply superb, an everyday all-occasions perfume that really works on my skin, with great longevity. Green Irish Tweed I use for more formal occasions like Business meetings. I am absolutely sold on this stuff, and can't wait to try some other perfumes.

Very disappointed. Only liquid not secent no smell as it used to be. Last order was 50% satisfaction but this order only 5% not worth to buy again.

I recently purchased four oils. Angels Share was outstanding, a solid 10/10. Pacific Chill also impressed me, another 10/10 as an excellent clone. Body Musk was clean and fresh, earning a 9.5/10. However, Oud Cambodian Aged was disappointing, rating only 3/10. Despite the two-week wait, overall, the purchase was worth it. My brother bought three oils, and my mom got one. All of them were really good.

I've always loved the smell of the Oil Perfumery products! However - recently I was even more impressed by their service. You see - I had a faulty bottle - which I hate complaining about, however I reached out to their customer service team and they immediately offered to send me a replacement bottle, which arrived almost immediately and smelt divine!
