Bought my car via motorway.co.uk. Very intimidating, claimed multiple faults on car, offered less than promised price. Advertised car without any of the so-called faults being fixed. Now sold with mot advisory of one of the things they reduced price for when they haven’t even sorted it! Total conmen

Just purchased my new car from noya motor group (seat cupra) and i have to say the whole experience was fantastic the staff are lovely and made me feel very welcome the showroom is very nice with a lovely seating area and Harry who was helping me through the whole process was fantastic he made it a lot less painful then i thought it was going to be and i now have the perfect vehicle for my needs thanks guys amazing work 👍

What can I say..I get extremely nervous about buying used car had a bad experience in the past but also I have this new car driving phobia 🤣 ( maybe a woman thing) anyway the experience couldn't of been more relaxed and smooth. A BIG shout out to Micael he really is a credit to the company, friendly attentive and loves a bit of friendly banter and will also help you out recommending the most beautiful places to go in Portugal 🤣I felt very comfortable dealing with him. Absolutely no pressure to buy and I think this is actually their secret weapon 🤣 I definitely would of been put off by a hard sell .
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Micael and Noya motor group to friends and family . They all make you feel welcome . High five guys your customer service is second to none . Just hope my lil motor is as good as your customer service 🤣👍

Noya Motor Group, well what can I say about these guys ?
They are amazing, professional and very friendly, i couldn't of asked for a better company to deal with not only selling my car and finding me my next ride, i bought my daughters first car with them and my father also grabbed his dream car that he had been searching for, for over 6months. the guys really looked after him and made sure every detail was covered and in place.
my daughters first car, well she couldn't be happier, also with ever step taken to make it a great experience for her and made sure no cost was spared to make sure it was all up to the correct standards for her.
i really cant praise this company and staff enough. they really go above and beyond to make your experience easier and enjoyable from start to finish.

Travelled 2 hour to get to their showroom for a car we had called about a week before and they said they would get it over from their compound, they had called in the morning to check we were still coming over and to tell us the car was all ready for us. We arrived at the time we had arranged for them to tell us ‘oh the car is over at the compound’ could we wait 20 minutes, after we had driven 2 hours this was quite annoying. We waited for the car to be brought over and when it arrived the car was horrendous it was filthy inside and out! 2 chips in the window screen, clutch stinking, scratched alloys, all the service lights and oil change lights coming on! Not ready to sell at all! I think this company are only interested in selling their higher priced cars.
