Beautiful dress
The dress I ordered arrived very promptly and it's beautiful. Items that are described as midi are always maxi on me, as I'm only 5'4". Shame, but I take that into consideration when ordering.

Loved the dresses
From order to delivery 2 days notification at every stage, ordered same dress 2 colours and very pleased with both, sizing was great bit tight on the tummy but nothing a bit of magic shape wear won’t solve. Good quality, lined and importantly exactly as seen on screen 👏👏

Lovely maxi dress
From ordering to receiving the dress was only a few days. The dress came and it is gorgeous. I ordered the blue with gold pattern long dress in a size 12. It fits perfectly. A bit tight round my tummy but with the right control underwear on that will be fine. Wearing in September for a wedding so no photos yet!
Would definitely order again.

Poor experience
I didn’t rate the quality of this skirt. There was too much material in the stomach area. I am a size 12 and ordered a 12 and a 14. The 14 fitted but was a little snug, the 12 didn’t even turn up. Dealing with customer services was not a good experience. I have now been refunded for both so they eventually resolved the issue.

Würde hier gerne nur null Sterne für abgeben!
Absolut nicht empfehlenswert warte seit 1,5Monaten nach der Ankündigung, daß die Retour eingetroffen ist, auf eine Rückerstattung.
Und der Versuch über Paypal über "Problem mit Verkäufer " gestaltet sich schwierig bis kompliziert.
Hoffe ich bekomme mein Geld überhaupt noch wieder.
Für mich die erste und letzte Bestellung dort, absolut nicht zu empfehlen, lasst bloß die Finger weg von Denen!!!

Lovely black and white midi dress
I resisted on ordering this dress for a while as I wasn’t sure it would live up to how it looks in the photo. However I eventually ordered it and am glad I did. Lovely material and looks just as good on as I’d hoped. Would definitely recommend Needs No Label

The dress I wanted was originally out of stock , so I signed up to get a notification if back in . Delighted that I was informed it was back in stock. I ordered straight away , and delivery was super quick .
It is a beautiful dress , and a reasonable price . I will definitely shop here again .

The service buying a dress was good,but…NNL confusing customer service
The service buying a dress was good,but returning the dress because it did not fit is hard work as waiting a long time for refund .
I see this is a problem shame because when you send an email someone replies ,but seems like they don’t want to pay refunds out

Our returns policy does state for our customers to allow 10 working days so this was within our timeframe. We always aim to issue returns as soon as possible.
