Absolutely abysmal customer service. Didn't do what they said they would and left me having to chase them up several times with the end result, after 4 weeks, being that I couldn't get what I needed after all.

In response to reply. There is no order number.
This was St Johns branch. I made an in branch enquiry about bitumous roofing. Was told I would be contacted when they knew cost/availability. I wasn't contacted and had to chase it up. I then requested the items, was told it would be 4 to 5 days. Called after 6 days to be told it would be chased up. I requested to be contacted with an ETA via email. Nothing. Called today, 2 weeks later, to be told it's not available. Absolute joke.

Not once have they apologised to me or appeared to be particularly bothered. The apology means nothing and I'm past caring about it now.

Ordered three sheets of wet wall, not sure who does the deliveries or if they were even to blame. Not one panel was undamaged on arrival. The sheets had been strapped down at some point and the straps had crushed the edges and snapped off four 2inch long symmetrical marks on one of the sheets, a crack and boot prints over another, and another with not a single corner still square or edge undamaged. The emails and website even make it clear they expect damage, they enforce it must be checked within x hours, don't sign for it unless checked etc. Yet they do F'all to package it properly for shipment. This is not the couriers fault. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS IF YOU NEED FULL UNDAMAGED SHEETS!.. I genuinely got what I needed from the sheets by 4mm, by working around the damage. I got lucky.

Unfortunately a shower tray was defective (bulge in the surface). But giving 4 stars because as soon as I contacted them (with photographoc evidence) a replacement was dispatched the next day. Every email to customer service (sent out of hours) was responded to before 10AM the next day

Not a company I would recommend to give your money too, honestly....

I placed an order on the 29/7/26 and cancelled it by email on the 31/7/26 along with requesting a refund.

I requested an update on the 4/8/26 regarding my refund after receiving no previous response to my last email.

The company tried to deliver the previously cancelled order on the 5/8/26 which I refused.

I've emailed on the 5th and 10th August for an update regarding my refund and I'm still yet to receive a response (18th August)

I've also tried ringing them on multiple occasions and they never answer the phone, an automated response just informs you to email them.

This is a company I wouldn't ever use again.

I'm now passing this refund issue on to my credit card company to deal with.

Ordered 38 brown ogee gutter brackets ( along with many other items ) only 35 were delivered, luckily I over ordered, as it’s too much hassle to get them replaced, this is not the first time an order has been short.
Why on earth local depots don’t stock these items or at the very least be able to order them for you is beyond me.

Update.
After NP seen my post above they made a refund immediately for the missing items, didn’t expect that didn’t ask for it so to be fair cannot fault their response.

good looking quality panels at a reasonable price.

Most importantly, it is refreshing to see a manufacturer and supplier actually pack the product properly to avoid any damage in transit. Hopefully they will be long lasting when installed
