Absolutely terrible customer service. My order is now 10 days late and no tracking updates are provided after my planned delivery date. Upon contacting customer services i got a short apology and a refund. Nothing else after all the time ive wasted contacting/emailing etc. I will switch to another brand now that actually cares about it customers!

I ve been buying bodybuilding supplements for many years and can honestly say my protein products are good value for money and taste OK but more importantly are up there with the branded named supplements for their efficiency in building muscle.
I know many consumers have had delayed deliveries but I can honestly say over the 20 plus deliveries I ve none that took longer than 3 days .
Overall I m happy with the service.

Jeg ved ikke hvorfor, men tydeligvis er deres service blevet dårlig. Jeg bestilte 2 varer, og der stod i flere dage i træk at de ville ankomme torsdag den 25/4-2024. 2 timer gør ankomst ændrer de leveringen til at de ifølge dem kommer mandag den 29/4 kl 17.00 i stedet for. De ændrer det 2 timer før. Det er virkelig dårligt. Sådan var de altså ikke engang. Deres levering plejede at være yderst effektiv og det. Jeg har også fået en mail hvor der står at deres levering først vil være imellem 3 maj-7 maj. Ved ikke hvilken en jeg skal tro på. 29 april eller de andre dage

Retour van proteïne blijkt niet onder de normale retours te vallen, dus een hoop gezeur en gedonder voordat je überhaupt een retouradres krijgt. Blijkt dat je €16 dient te betalen. Dit is nergens terug te vinden op de site. Het geld terugkrijgen zal ook wel een uitdaging worden als ik de rest van de reviews lees.

Retour sturen is echt een groot drama. Ik wacht al weken op mijn geld. Ik ben zo blij dat ik met klarna heb betaald.
Ik heb mijn twee bestellingen in 1 pakket retour gestuurd, nu hebben ze 1 bestelling bijgewerkt en ook nog verkeerd. De andere bestelling hebben ze nog niet bijgewerkt, en we zijn alweer twee weken verder.
Het zat in dezelfde doos...
Ik bestel hier nooit meer en zal het ook iedereen afraden!
Such a shame
Unfortunately after being a long serving customer I’m having to step away from Myprotein. The last 2 large orders I’ve had were massively delayed despite everything ordered was in stock and due to the amount spent it was supposed to be next day delivery. I was getting half an order after a week of waiting then the rest would follow over a week later. I have today received an email stating that one order is cancelled due to it being out of stock, this was a tub of Almond butter ordered over 2 months ago!
I’m not sure if they are having trouble at present as so much is out of stock and their online help has become so awful it’s not worth asking anything. Such a shame as everything has been great, from the price, the items themselves and delivery. Sadly they appear to have gone down hill the last few months. Now looking for alternatives unfortunately
Terrible because of Royal Mail
I avoid buying from this company only because they inexplicably choose to use Royal Mail, the worst delivery company by far. I missed a delivery today and my only option is to wait 4 days for them to deliver it again. It wasn't a very valuable product so they could have just left it by the front door like any other company, but they refuse to. I'm going to cancel the order and buy it on Amazon instead so I get it three days faster.

AVOID AT ALL COST! They took payment from my card but on my order page they claimed there was an issue with my card. I tried both cards and all got the same message saying my order did t process there is a payment issue. I got in touch with customer service who totally refused to help stating it was a card issue which the bank confirmed it wasn’t. They said someone would be in touch, I chased and chased but no one got in touch. I checked my bank today to find they taken payment and lie it didn’t go through. I’ll be going to trading standards. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

I made an order, have chased it up multiple times with absolutely pathetic customer service, over 8 weeks later, nothing has arrived and they are refusing to refund my money.
This company used to be amazing. Not anymore - easily the worst customer service I have experienced.
Never dispatched the items
Never dispatched the items. Placed second order same again. All customer service said was will be dispatched in 48 hrs. This went on for 2 weeks before I cancelled. Even the the webiste won't let me cancel the order.
Account Hacked!
My account was hacked and the person ordered numerous products on my account to send to different location. I tried contacting customer service to stop order and money going out of my again. The money is still pending but tried stopping order with my protein. Absolutely disgusting customer service. No help. No one knows what they're doing and now this hacker will receive his product as it says now dispatched. What a joke!

Worst customer service, wrong items and damaged goods...
I finally received my 'item' today, after 2 weeks wait.
Firstly, the item was posted to the wrong address. Eventually redirected.
Finally arrived today, box torn open, two items missing and the one item that arrived was wrong and damaged!
I immediately contacted customer service and requested a refund. They said new items would be issued. I explained the items were posted to the wrong address, could they update the address to avoid the same issue occurring. I was informed the items would be issued to the same address as the original order.
I've requested a refund again and if not provided I plan to raise a dispute for the payment through my bank.
I've never came across customer service as bad as this in my life!

My first time ordering form my protein thought I'd give them a go, was sent an email saying you are getting next day delivery via parcel force then the snow came down I had to get InTouch via web chat with them told them not been delivered so they said it will be the day or the day after that I'm waiting for 2 items I got a message from royal mail which said they had to return to sender the day after that my protein didn't even let me know still saying the same on my account very poor customer service on there part so I had to do another web chat got a response straight away they offered to send replacement items I asked could you send it next day for a good will gesture the response I got was no so they offered me a refund 3 - 5 working days which is a joke at this point hope I haven't been scammed.

In November 2022, after waiting for 5 days for my day-to-day delivery, I massaged them asking what happened. They told me that they couldn’t deliver(every parcel from other companies arrived without any problem to my address) and refunded me without asking if I wanted to. I didn’t want a refund because of the “Limited-Edition Black Friday Box”, I asked them to send it again and of course, they sent it without the “Limited-Edition Black Friday Box”.
In October 2023 I again ordered a large amount of vitamins. It arrived without any problems but after a week at 11 pm on Saturday and 1 am on Monday they automatically withdrew money from my bank account and sent me the same order 3 times. I couldn’t cancel it because they dispatched it at night. I had to return 3 parcels for a refund but one of them wasn’t refunded:
“So let's look at the whole situation:
1. Myprotein submits an order and withdraws money from me automatically at midnight.
2. In the morning I texted you that I didn't order it, my order arrived a week ago.
3. You say "Sorry it is already dispatched, you can return it with InPost"
4. I do all these processes, pay for the return and send it.
5. No tracking updates, InPost lost the parcel in transit.
6. I called them, and they said "MyProtein will register it as lost and return your money"
7. You say that you won't refund me.
All these seven steps took more than a month.
Is it fair ?”
They told me “Please be advised that we are unable to process a refund if the Warehouse has not confirmed that we received your order back”
Quality
It is bad, I bought socks 4 months ago and they are still pilling. Every time I take them off there is a small amount of socks` fabric that gets stuck in my carpet quite easily. It happens for other socks but usually only for the first week and this one is still leaving fabric all over the place after 4 months.
Vitamin D3. In March 2023 for £4.55 I got 360 softgels with 62.5mcg of vitamin D in each softgel. In October 2023 for £14.92 I got 180 softgels with 62.5mcg of vitamin D. Both of the items I bought without any discounts. It was 79 softgels per pound and now 12 softgels per pound. The price went up by 658% in less than half a year while quality remained the same(not good).

Absolutely appalling customer service experience.
I have had three live chat conversations with My Protein and had completely different answers each time I have discussed with them.
I had a subscription and the product was out of stock this month. I wasn’t informed about this and realised when the product hadn’t turned up by the usual date. I followed it up on live chat and eventually agreed to cancel the subscription with it also being agreed there would be no further charges and no delivery for this month or thereafter.
A week later, I was charged for the subscription. I was told there was no way this month’s order (which I agreed a week ago to cancel) could actually be cancelled even though it was out of stock and, as it was being ‘processed for dispatch’, I would have to wait for it to be delivered and then return it. Whenever that might be.
This was the opposite of what I was told the week before.
I was also told previously the product had been delivered when it hadn’t. They sent me evidence which was from a prior month’s delivery.
Very amateurish and no common sense.
It’s a shame as the product is good, but they don’t seem to have any interest in customer experience. I’ve never written a bad review like this but felt I had to with these guys.
