Great plant, even better than expected. Arrived in excellent condition, very healthy

Fantasy experience with online Monrovia plant purchase. The online selection was good, I knew I'd get the best plant specimens. Communications to me were perfect. I was aware of every step of the process and where my order was. In fact, I typed my phone number in wrong so the nursery it shipped to couldn't get ahold of me. Monrovia customer service tracked down my correct info and emailed me. They made sure I received my order. Everything was in perfect shape and it had my name on every plant. They plants are all in the ground and doing well. I definitely will order from Monrovia online again.

The plant was a little brown at first but with a little trimming it looked better. Can't complain too much. It seems healthy now.

The tree was very healthy. It had a bald spot or they would have gotten 5 stars.

shipped 2 weeks later than promised, and when it finally did, one of my ordered plants (a tree) wasn't in stock. no responses to emails from customer service and no effort to "make it right" or fulfill my order. waited 8 weeks for a tree that never came!

Great website!! Great selection, great customer service but I can't get the product to ship near my house in Austin, TX. Otherwise a great experience. Will be rating 5 stars when better shipping options are available.

The process was fine. The delivery time was fine. The product really struggled. Out of four bushes ordered 3 months ago, 1 died and the other 3 are still struggling.

All products delivered were in excellent condition. There were planting guideness notes attached, which was appreciated.

The plants themselves were good quality and as described. They did get a little beat up in transit which is why I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5. The plants are alive and happy since planting around 5 months ago.

Easy to find the plants I want and explore other plants for particular needs. The plans all arrive beautifully healthy and ready to plant!

Some of the skimmia plants were not in the best of shape, poor color, with one having obvious signs of pests, as leaves were partially chewed.

One of the Hibiscus plants appearently has a infestation of some kind. The plant is a good size & green but when I picked it up on 9/23/17 its leaves were severely curled so the infestation had already been going on for a long time. Monrovia claims that they won't ship any plants until they meet their rigorous quality & size standards. The condition of this plants speaks otherwise.

I ordered 3 dwarf azalea plants online. They couldn't be shipped to the Morovia dealer closest to my home so they shipped my order to a secondary location. I picked the plants up at the Closer nursery without a problem. It just seemed to me that the cost to purchase online was a bit high but I am not certain. Therefore, I can only rate my experience with 4 stars. I had considered a 3-star review but I had to consider that such a review may be too harsh. The plants are nice. In good condition and healthy.

I have known of Monrovia for years. I learned about them from my
father who was a botanist, among other things. So I started buying
from them just recently and am very pleased with their quality and
Prices. I shall continue to buy from them.
