I recently had my cast iron bathtub repaired under warranty, and I am extremely pleased with both the result and the service provided by Mendabath. After noticing a small chip in my bathtub, I emailed Lynn for advice. Despite being on vacation, she was incredibly helpful, responding promptly and professionally. Thanks to her assistance, a repair appointment was scheduled at my earliest convenience.

Andy, the technician, arrived on time and quickly assessed the problem. He explained the importance of addressing repair issues promptly, as delaying could worsen the problem and make future repairs more difficult. His advice reassured me not to hesitate in using the warranty service.

The quality of his work was exceptional—there’s no visible trace of the repair on my bathtub. Andy not only resolved the original issue but also checked for any potential future problems, providing peace of mind that the repair would hold up well.

Richard arrived at out house to do a total resurface paint out jacuzzi bath,
He was polite and freidly on arrival explained what he was doing to happen throughout day and how long it would take

He did an excellent job considering he hat to mask off every single jet on side and little jets on bottom of bath ,

Rich visited my house to carry out a bath repair, upon arrival he advised me that the bath wasn't repairable due to the location, I appreciated Rich's honesty as I'm sure there is companies out there who would have repaired it just to fail.

Very efficient assessment of the problem with a prompt quotation for the job. We were notified in good time that there had to be a date change. Andy arrived on time and was very pleasant. He carried out the work efficiently and left everything neat and tidy on completion. I would recommend Mendabath to anyone who needs a repair to an acrylic bath.

We sent them a photo of our damaged bath and they gave us a reasonable price. They sent us colour samples to choose from. They then fitted in the bath repair at a date convenient for us. They kept us updated and arrived on time and did an excellent job leaving everywhere clean and tidy. Would recommend

We had our bath resurfaced in April 2022 and were very pleased with the results the bath looked fantastic. The job was carried out with great care and attention. Mendabath offer a 5-year guarantee on their resurfacing work, which is reassuring for customers.
I did not think I would have to use this guarantee, but after two years, a small part of the surface lifted around the plug-hole. So I contacted them and sent a photograph, to see what they could do. Sure enough, Mendabath came out and repaired the area. The work was done so well that you would not know that a repair had been done. Excellent job!
I sent in this review, because most that I read before deciding to have the work done in the first place, just talked about the original work. I felt that it would be nice for others to know that their guarantee is good, and that anyone concerned about aftercare, can rest assured that this company is true to its word. I would definitely recommend them.

Stephen arrived when he said he would, was friendly and professional, and cleaned up after the work really well. Most importantly, he has made our poor stained bath look like new!

From sending photos and getting a quote to the completed work Rich was very accommodating.

After treatment bath looks amazing. Downside we can’t shower for 24hours so the dog will have to put up with us! Seriously, I was very impressed with service, David was very neat and tidy and did a fantastic job. Totally recommend Mend-a-Bath.

My new acrylic bath had discolouration which unfortunately would not come out with various cleaning products. I contacted Mendabath who said they would be able to repair the bath and supplied me with an estimate which was reasonable considering the time, cost and inconvenience of replacing the bath. David arrived on time, was polite, friendly and knowledgeable.
The repair is truly impressive, you would not know that the repair had taken place. David is an absolute master of his craft and I cannot recommend Mendabath highly enough.
