Tardan en preparar el pedido el tiempo que les da la gana, que tarda 24-72 es mentira ya que en prepararlo les puede llevar varios dias o semanas y 24-72 es lo que tarda la empresa de transporte.
Y en mi esperiencia de lo que he probado:
-King Hassam CBD: Pvta mie.rda que huele a gena osea a rueda quemada como el hachis de peor calidad que nadie quiere por su olor a mie.rda.
-La Mousse (pollen cbd): mas mierdon aun, este es incombustible, imposible de fumar aun echando casi todo tabaco.
-Ice Rock CBD 🧊 [Indoor]: esta fumable, casi sin sabor y sin ningun efecto.
-Afghan Hash CBD 25%: fumable, poco sabor y ningun efecto
-CBD Lemon Small Buds: hierba bastate mala con sabor bastante rancio, se podria fumar pero calidad de mie.rda.
Soy fumador de hachis desde hace mas de 30 años, los que ponen tantas opiniones positivas o son compradas, o son bots, o no tienen ni pvta idea y no han fumado hachis en su vida.
Lo del king hassam y la mouse les he mandado un correo depende lo que me contesten actualizo opinion pero no compraria nunca mas por la calidad basura y el engaño de las 24-72 horas de envio, ademas creo que voy analizar los productos en laboratorio y hablare con mi abogado, xq me parece una estafa que vendan tal basura, espero que no lleve nada ilegal xq voy con todas. Esta opinion es 100% real no fake, si quieren el numero de pedido 256973

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Mama Kana.

This is not my first order with the company. Our first order took an extremely long time to arrive, and we received small buds instead of what we expected. Despite that experience, we decided to give the company another chance and placed another order.

Unfortunately, the second experience has been even worse.

There were issues with our order, and after contacting customer service, we reached a written agreement regarding how the situation would be resolved. The agreement was that our original order would be resent and that we would receive a €75 voucher as compensation.

We accepted this solution and considered the matter resolved.

However, the company later cancelled that solution and changed the compensation they had previously agreed to. We were then offered different alternatives instead.

I also had a phone conversation with customer service about the matter. From my perspective, the representative did not listen to what I was saying and the conversation ended with the call being disconnected. I tried calling back, but nobody answered.

What makes this particularly frustrating is that the entire email conversation is documented, so there should be no confusion about what was previously agreed.

After all the back and forth, the final solution offered to us was to resend the original order and provide 15 g of Banana Cream CBG instead of the previously agreed compensation.

We have now accepted that solution simply because we want the situation finished, but we are very disappointed with how the company handled the entire matter.

The biggest problem for me is not simply that there was an issue with the order. Problems can happen with any company. The problem is how customer service handled the situation afterwards: changing agreements, making the process unnecessarily complicated and, in my experience, not properly listening to the customer.

We also work with social media, so customer service and how a company handles problems are things we pay particular attention to.

I have seen other customers reporting similar problems, which makes this experience even more concerning.

I hope Mama Kana improves its customer service and takes complaints more seriously. Based on our experience with our orders, I unfortunately cannot recommend this company.

If you are considering ordering, I strongly recommend reading the recent reviews carefully and looking at how the company responds to customers when something goes wrong.

Reçu très rapidement, qualité au rendez vous et prix très attractifs !

Ich habe über 30 Minuten gebraucht meinen Warenkorb zu füllen, weil sehr viele Artikel ausverkauft sind. Diese Artikel werden aber trotzdem im Shop aufgelistet bzw. angezeigt. Das ist super nervig und respektiert nicht die Lebenszeit der Kunden.

Als ich dann endlich meine Bestellung absenden wollte, wurde die Kreditkartenzahlung immer wieder abgelehnt. Ich habe es drei Mal versucht. Die Kreditkarte ist gedeckt und funktioniert reibungslos in anderen Shops. Neben der Kreditkarte werden keine weiteren Zahlungsmöglichkeiten angeboten. Einfach schlecht.

Als ich dann trotzdem dem Service geschrieben habe, um meine Bestellung abschließen zu können, habe ich Screenshots von meinem Warenkorb sowie meiner Postanschrift mitgesendet. Ich hatte die Bitte, dass dafür ein Auftrag angelegt wird, den ich dann per E-Mail samt Unterschrift annehme und anderweitig dafür bezahlen kann. Der Service hat mit soetwas pauschalem geantwortet wie, dass ich doch bitte erneut am PC, ohne VPN aber im Inkognito Modus probiere. Das war mir dann entgültig zu blöd. Es wäre ein leichtes für Mama Kana gewesen, auf Basis meiner mitgesendeten Daten, mir als Kunde entgegen zu kommen und nach dem bereits verursachten Ärger eine schlanke Lösung zu finden.

Ich rate somit von Mama Kana ab, damit man sich Ärger und Lebenszeit spart.

they advertise 100g free buds for 100g ordered. expanded my order to meet that amount for that reason. The 100g free claim is not only false and worthless, but the material they shipped is actually decomposed; not just of bad quality, but actually hazardous to consume. opening the bag releases a strong chemical ammonia smell clearly indicating it has been bacterially decomposed.
I know enough to not use this junk material in any way, but I am afraid there are many more people who get shipped this rotten material and do consume it because they don't know any better, and assume it must be good if they bought it from an official company. Consuming product like this brings with it extreme health risks. It is literally not fit for anything else than the trash. Which is what the company should have done with it in the first place, instead of shipping it to customers and thereby causing them physical harm.

Before writing a review, I contacted the company because I assumed this must have been a mistake, and that they must recognise this as being unacceptable, even hazardous. I had good faith in them before reaching out, thinking it must have been a mistake.
Their response however, showed the true nature of how they operate.
They acknowledged that I should not consume this, but refused to compensate in any way. They claimed that because it was a promotional offer, they do not have any responsibility. The fact is, they advertise 100g of product added to any order of 100+g, but what they actually ship cannot even be considered product. as mentioned before, it is absolutely unfit for consumption in any way.
The only "solution" they offered was a 10eur and then a 15eur voucher on a next order. First of all, that "offer" in itself is a false premise, since they already offer a 15eur voucher anyway after making a review, and they cannot be combined. So their offered ''solution'' is literally not even applicable. On top of that, as I already made clear to them, I would obviously not be ordering anything with them again if this is how they conduct business and treat their customers.
The receipt of the order was disappointing already, but not that a big deal because I gave them the benefit of the doubt that it would have been a mistake, which can happen. But the subsequent communication with the company turned this order experience totally sour, after learning how this company operates and what their apparent ethics are.
They should not be allowed to operate like this, since they are actively bringing harm to consumers by shipping them hazardous rotten material like this. Their reaction made it clear they don't see any issues in doing so, which makes them a danger to their customers. That is what is most infuriating about this whole situation for me. It makes it a matter of principle, and incentivises me to do what I can to try and minimise the harm they can cause on other people by shipping them this rotten material.

Un peu dégoûter apres avoir dépenser 100 bal je suis hyper dessus jai pris que du bon 5 resine diferente meme lafgan je suis deg il on tous le meme gout chimique on s'approche meme pas du goût ou de l'odeur du vrais pilon et tout met pote dise la meme chose perso je vais retourner au vrais pilon apres falais bien eseyer javais tjr voulue eseyer le cbd mais je suis deg je me retrouve avec vla la résine que je fumerais pas et il mon doner 100g cest ecrit mouseau mais ca a rien a voir avec du mouseau. Cest de la poussière sans odeur rien je comprend pas les gens qui trouve que ca resemble a du vrais

Made my first order with these guys to the UK , took 9 days to get here , no problems whatsoever, the products were good quality and gtrat value , got a couple of little samples too!
I've just placed my second order today. I do want to do a big order but would like to speak with them first.

I was surprised how many options and good prices were available on Mama Kana site. I bought a pack and got another pack free and 2 gifts (a sample and rolling papers). The delivery was quick, everything was intact and the quality of the product is very good. I will definitely order more from their site. Highly recommended!
