Excellent Customer Service
After a hiccup on delivery caused by Royal Mail and not LCC the issue was quickly resolved with excellent customer service. The caviar was beautifully packaged and very much looking forward to canapés at Xmas

Without warning, it arrived - nobody home !!
I did not get any warning of the pending delivery. I just got the news after delivery, and as such, we could not get a neighbour to take it in and put it in the fridge. Thus, it was left out all day, was still cool (just) by the time my mate got home and took it in immediately. SMS and e-mail might help, but also a message that it was out for delivery would be enormously helpful.

Please note that dispatch emails with tracking details are still sent automatically — though on occasion they may land in junk folders.
