Mark was very capable and helpful in assessing what needed to be repaired on my broken washing machine. He made sure everything was in order before leaving, and I was very pleased with his knowledge and explanation of the next steps for the repair. He was a pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend him.

Friendly engineer
Friendly engineer. Unfortunately washing machine beyond repair.
ABC asked for feedback, I was satisfied, the engineer did all he could.
Today I got an invoice for £4.68 parking meter charges. They cleverly waited for my positive feedback to send me the additional invoice. It's only £4.68, it's just the way they waited to get my feedback before they sent it without any prior mention of parking charges

Superb customer service 100%
Marko provided a great service and fixed our broken washing machine with no problem. Customer service was amazing and he showed that he really cared about the quality of the service he provided. Will 100% recommend Lindons.
