LawnStarter has been great! I needed my lawn mowed by a certain date. Very thankful for LawnStarter finding a Pro who got the job done within the needed timeframe!
Neftali, my Pro from Escobar Lawn Care Services, is now assigned for regular bi-weekly mowing and I couldn’t be happier. They have done excellent mowing, trimming, and edging. Each time they leave my lawn/yard looking even better!

Sent someone who had never mowed a lawn…
Sent someone who had never mowed a lawn before and didn't own a lawn mower to mow my mom's lawn. I'm trying to work and juggle caring for my elderly mother's lawn and this really shows how little they care about their service. Now I'm at work and on hold for ever trying to get this fixed. Very poor service. First person said just go back to the app.

The app and website are both unstable…
The app and website are both unstable and not easy to use. The actual work folks seldom respond on the app to questions. When work is scheduled, I get no advanced notification of the exact time that they will be there (which is necessary since I often hire for my rental and I don't live there).
