I received the wrong part. I ordered an emblem and received a part I cannot identify. How do I go about the exchange process?

Easy to find the correct parts using the correct model and year of my vehicle. Delivery was a delayed and parts were shipped out later than anticipated, and for some reason the tracking showed them traveling in circles, but over all I recieved what I needed and the shipping fee is not too pricey.

I recently purchased a starter, and while the listing showed the genuine OEM part number for a brand-new unit, what I received was a remanufactured part. They tucked a tiny “Replaced by -RU” note into a corner—and there’s absolutely no mention of “remanufactured” anywhere. How is an average customer supposed to know? They can’t. I’ve been doing my own maintenance for over 10 years, and this is easily one of the most ridiculous experiences I’ve ever had.

This is deceptive to consumers.
When I requested a return and provided detailed photos as they asked, they still rejected it.

It’s a waste of time and money. They hide behind their long list of 18 return-policy rules to avoid accepting returns under virtually any condition. If you read those 18 points carefully, it’s basically a non-refundable policy.

If you truly want genuine Kia parts, buy from an actual Kia dealership–operated parts website. This site is not one of them. Even engine oil filters arrive as Mobis Product Line 2 instead of genuine MAHLE, with zero disclosure. Yes, the parts may “work,” but for anyone who cares about properly maintaining their vehicle, this will be a very bad experience.

It took some digging but I found a hard part to find and it was exactly what I needed.

Prices were 75% less than the dealer price.

KiaPartsNow had the particular part I needed for an 11 year old vehicle. The price I paid for the part and shipping was not exactly what I wanted to pay, but they had it and that is what they wanted for the part. If I need another part for this vehicle I will use KiaPartsNow again, if they are the ones that have the part.
