Arrived early than my booked time so they got on with it straight away which was good so I could carry with other things that I need to do ,
As well as a good deal on the tyres,the crew at Malvern tyre were very helpfull and polite. Would definately recommend them.

Tyres not delivered on time
We booked a time for the fitting. We went to get the tyres fitted…..but they weren’t there. They hadn’t yet been delivered. That wasted about 1 1/2 hours of work time, travelling to/from the tyre centre and waiting to find out whether the tyres had arrived. Frustrating!! We complained and the company basically said “we should have called ahead of time to check that the tyres had been delivered”. Yet they gave us a time for the fitting….which they didn’t honour.
While we are frustrated, Malvern Tyres, Trowbridge fitters were great. We will use them again, but not Just Tyres.

Decent prices for a wide range of tyres. I always go for midrange. The noise, ware and grip are clearly defined on the website for comparison purposes.
I was easily able to select a convenient fitting day and time. I ordered them on the Friday and they were fitted on the Monday.
My fitting at Malvern tyres went very smoothly.

Tyres replaced quickly
Tyres replaced quickly. Booked online and the time that I booked subsequently got changed to a time I couldn’t do as the slot didn’t exist. Only show times that exist at each location please.

Not friendly environment
I came to get two tyres for vehicle. It was not a friendly, kind atmosphere whatsoever. There was no customer service. You’d think especially during Christmas, staff would be lovely and kind but nope nothing. Rushed the job and took no care towards my car. Won’t come here again.
