Called me up to offer an earlier appointment on a same day purchase online and fit locally. This suited me much better than the previous end of day appointment. Two tyres fitted very quickly. Great service all round at super competitive price.

I have no problem in leaving a very positive review for Just Tyres in Amersham, very friendly atmosphere, polite and helpful. They go out of their way to be accommodating. They take care with your vehicle, always aking sure the wheel nuts are torqued correctly and your locking wheeel nut key is placed back in the vehicle. Have been using them for must 15 yerars now. Quality company & staff there

Ordered two front tyres online and booked a times lot. Turned up at the tyres where fitted straight away by two very helpful members of staff. Happy with the experience and will come back again if needed

Not much point in having an appointment
Mine was for 9am and I was still stood outside waiting at 10.20am !!! Glad it wasn’t raining

Ian Grant please get your company in order. I take the time to book my car in for a tyre change, as I have had many good experiences with Justtyres in the past.
The Letchworth branch could not meet my 13.30 booked appointment, an employee said to come back in 20 minutes and he could fit us in.
Then someone else jumped in and said come back at 17.30. The attitude was not constructive at all.
I asked for a refund, the guy got on the phone and spoke to someone, then he told me it would be in my account in 5 working days.
A simple email or phone call would have solved the problem, now due to this and bad employee attitude towards customers, I will never return nor recommend Justtyres to anyone.

How do Justtyres justify banking my money without providing the service, got to be illegal.
Justtyres were aware at 13.30 they were not providing a service, yet they still took the money…

I have used Justtyres Bedford on at least three occasions and each time the service has been friendly, professional and polite. The tyres supplied at a very competitive price. Will use again.

Very Helpful & the 3 lads @ Kenilworth were very pleasant. And great way of ordering the tyres online & booking the slot.

They are attentive went there appointment time on started straight the young man said go and sit on chair while they fitted tyres great service would go again.

We had a problem with our MG car while in Scunthorpe shopping, and found your depot whilst going home. I said I thought it was a battery issue, the manager-Jamie, looked up the battery on the computer, phoned a stockist, went in his own car to fetch it, and fitted it, all within an hour. He finished off by re-programming the cars computer. All at a very decent price. Very impressed.

Great service friendly staff

Went to the Cambridge branch for tracking to be done.. Arrived at the agreed time and waited for 1.5 hours and the tracking still hadn't been started due to tech working on changing 4 tyres on another car. Only one tech working and manager had disappeared on a bike just after I arrived. I felt sorry for the tech as he was doing his best. I ran out of time so had to leave.
Overall not a good experience but asked for and received a full refund but received no compensation for my wasted time.
I wouldn't use Just tyres again.

Two fitters were really helpful and worked above and beyond to fit our car in our allotted time slot. Really great team!
