Ordered my tyres online. I was seen on time and wheel balancing and wheel alignment completed.
The person that did my tyres was helpful and courteous.

You have asked me to review my purchase with you and here is what happened.
If Just Tyres took the time to actually read reviews and speak to people they may, just may understand the issues with the Letchworth depot.

I take the time to book my car in for a tyre change, as I have had many good experiences with Justtyres in the past.
The Letchworth branch could not meet my 13.30 booked appointment, an employee said to come back in 20 minutes and he could fit us in.
Then someone else jumped in and said come back at 17.30. The attitude was not constructive at all.
I asked for a refund, the guy got on the phone and spoke to someone, then he told me it would be in my account in 5 working days.
A simple email or phone call would have solved the problem, now due to this and bad employee attitude towards customers, I will never return nor recommend Justtyres to anyone.

How do Justtyres justify banking my money without providing the service, got to be illegal.
Justtyres were aware at 13.30 they were not providing a service, yet they still took the money…

Arrived at 1pm, my appointed time. Was left waiting 30 minutes in the waiting area, while 2 men came in after me and were seen first! Some serious mysogyny going on at Stony Stratford. Ladies, don't bother going to Stony Stratford depot - you will be invisible!

I walked out and was told to "have a good day" - so they don't even care about customers having a bad experience!

Staff were polite and friendly. Explained thoroughly why i needed the new valves before proceeding. Would definitely use again. Braintree branch .

Easy to order the tyres on line and simply just select a fitting time and date.The whole process only takes about 10 minutes and at a very competitive price too.Well done!

Easy online booking and quick turnaround to put 4 new tyres on my vehicle.

Ordered two tyres but only one had been delivered when I arrived for the fitting appointment.
Online might sometimes appear a cheaper option but I would highly recommend anyone using Just Tyres to ring the fitter before travelling to confirm the tyres have arrived.
Will stick to local independent companies in future who don’t take your money until after the tyres have been fitted.

No waiting time was booked for 10:30 and drove straight in left the car for 1 hour returned to collect great service all around happy with my new tyres also seems to be better fuel consumption

I bought a tyre from you, got a date to receive it, been in and out of your garage multiple times and there’s no date I know I’ll get my tyre. That’s disappointing.

Last year I had two new tyres put on and asked why they had worn at the edges, I was told over or under inflation, it was the tracking and therefore I needed two more this year. I was told this year that my brake pads needed replacing urgently as there was nothing left on them, this is strange as I had them changed the day before and had no more than 20 minutes wear.
