This company is a SCAM. Do not buy from them! You will not receive your package and then they will refuse to refund you. You'll get a never-ending cycle of AI generated junk masquerading as 'customer service' in an attempt to delay actually dealing with the problem. They have zero respect for the customer and you'll likely lose money dealing with them. AVOID at all costs.

Possible scam
Very poor service, and it's starting to look like a scam. I ordered a large can of outdoor paint at an amazing price. It started off really well - dispatch and delivery were both quick. However, the arrival of the parcel was where the awful customer service began. They had sent me the incorrect product - a much more inferior product that was absolutely no good to me - but I understand that people make mistakes, so no harm done in itself, but obviously I needed the item I had ordered. I contacted customer service, who advised that I could either have a refund or replacement on return of the item - a return that they paid for - absolutely fine. I asked for a replacement, because, again, I still needed the correct item, and was then told that they didn't have any more in stock - fine, a refund it would be. The parcel got collected from me on the 4th August - it's now the 11th September and I'm still awaiting my promised refund. I emailed them on the 28th August, but they've not responded, and it's now 2 weeks later. My advice? Avoid like the plague

Wrong item. Ignored multiple communications
Wrong item received. Never answer phone.
Not responded to any emails or messages on their website which is now down. Called multiple (16) times no answer
Either completely incompetent or a scam.
Definitely avoid if you actually want what you are paying for. Worst online shopping experience.
I've now contacted paypal to help resolve.

Company delivered the wrong product
Company delivered the wrong product, will not answer the phone or any emails to rectify the issue. I have £90 worth of incorrect paint that they will not respond to my requests to either refund or send the correct items. No one seems to be able to answer the phone or emails. Absolute scam, do not use this company!!

To be fair you packet each and every parcel with tape and in sealed bag's but 4 out of 7 paint pots had seeped out, contained in the seal bag but all over the pot...Im not sure how you could fix this but apart from that.....i love the paint.

Wrong item sent
I was pleased with the price of the 2.5ltr professional gloss competitively priced compared to other retailers unfortunately 2.5ltr Vinyl mat emulsion turned up? the returns advice was easy by just following the evri returns and the package was wrapped up really well unfortunately they didn't say wether they would send out a new gloss or refund it when they receive the incorrect item back. So to speed things up I thought I'd just order a new one while I return the incorrect item but the delivery date is 2 weeks away? Wow I'm really frustrated with the company's lack of information regarding replacement/refund, I really needed the Gloss to finish off the decorating.

Would not buy again from this vendor
Wrong item was sent to me. In further e-mail correspondance, there was no apology or offer to send the correct item. Even the shipping charge were returned only after asking for it. The tone and tenor of e-mail left an unpleasant impression
It was my first purchase from this vendor. Never again.

Purchase not delivered after 8 days still no delivery date. JDS no help. Good price but DIYers be prepared to wait a long time and get your order in a few weeks before you need to use it!

Good product at a great price
The product was at a good price and exactly as described. The only slight downside was that I had to contact customer services to chase up the delivery, but once contacted it was quickly resolved.
