Sales team were efficient, delivery was fast and arrived when expected, with Ethan the driver being so polite that I actually took the time to write this review.

Just had 10 X 800KG bags of MOT 803 delivered by ETHAN from Torquay branch.
VERY VERY helpful. Parked where I suggested and lifted all bags over my wall to where they needed to go. Great, careful and considerate service, highly recommend. 10 out of 10.👍🥇

We contacted Matt at Torquay Interline to get an idea of price for slabs for our patio project. From start to finish Matt has been extremely helpful and professional. He checked with colleagues regarding the delivery issues for our property and kept in contact with us for delivery dates. We would be happy to recommend Interline and would have no hesitation using them again.

I placed an order with Matt at this branch as I was looking to build a new decking area. He was extremely helpful and patient, especially as I wasn't sure what I needed to order. Items arrived on time which was great too. Would definitely recommend and use again in the future.

Good price, delivery driver very helpful and put delivery right where I wanted it. Only negative is I think rather than being told delivery will be from 7.30 to 17.00 hours we could give a morning or afternoon as a time scale which would be more helpful to the customer.

I purchased some timber including three 2.4m posts. The posts that have been delivered are bowed beyond use. I am self isolating and have asked for them to be taken back (I can’t leave the house) and my money refunded. I sent this email on Saturday and haven’t heard anything back yet.
I have replied to the email in the reply this morning and am awaiting a response

Timber delivered as stated by Gary who put the delivery as requested.

Online experience fine and very good prices but it appears the delivery instructions I advised on the online comments box did not get through causing me, Gary the driver and my local school a problem. Please check if the message I believed to have been sent, got through, and if it did, why wasn't Gary given them. Five stars to Gary the delivery man.

Great customer services here. Nothing too much for them. The staff can not do more to please their customers.
