Very informative, covered all aspects.

InspirAir Newmarket is wonderful; the staff are all upbeat and very easy to talk to. Any questions are answered in language you can understand, and one phone call is all it takes to have a new supply of accessories delivered to your door by the next day at the latest. My oxygen concentrator had a problem; it was simply replaced (with a new, improved one) the next day.
I recently had to add a CPAP machine at my doctor's recommendation. Dr. sent them the prescription and they got in touch with me to make an appointment the next day. When I went in, my appointment was unhurried, the whole process was explained to me in detail and all my questions were answered in detail.
I would highly recommend InspirAir to anyone.

I was dealing with the "other guys" and was delayed almost 2 weeks without a call back on the status of my unit, I was told to send in my prescription in so they can "start the process" which I did (a week prior) and they still wasted my time on a Saturday appointment that was supposed to be 1.5 hours ended up being only 10 minutes, because they 'didn't have it in stock" they promised a return call by the following Monday, but I never heard back, so that when I decided to make a call into the InspiAir team in Newmarket and I spoke with Mary, who in turn made an appointment for me to meet up with Michelle in the Newmarket branch that same afternoon!  It was like night and day, from dealing with the "other guys down the street"

I showed up a few minutes early and Michelle greeted me into the consult area as she was cleaning and disinfecting the office anticipating my arrival, I was prescribed a Bipap unit, so she had informed that that I would be meeting with Parthi, who came in within a few minutes and was very pleasant and well mannered.

Parthi, was great ( and they had my unit in stock!) his knowledge was 10/10 as he went on to show me how the machine works, the difference of each unit, bipap, cpap etc. And the reason why I was receiving the unit that was prescribed to me.

He showed me how to program the unit and download the relevant App to sync all of my information together, Parthi even made me try on an assortment of masks to decide which one I would take home with me, he informed me every step of the way and even offered his personal cell number if I ever had any questions, who does that!

I received my "first badge" from last night, and I have to tell you, that little bit, the 4.41 hours that had the mask on, I already feel a difference, so thank you, Parthi, Michele and Mary, and to the entire InspiAir Newmarket team, cheers to you and cheers to healthy sleeping!

I was a little nervous about the unknown, but once we arrived, Cathy walked me through every step of using the machine and explained what to expect. Everything was explained so clearly, which put me at ease and made me feel confident about using the machine.

My first night was a success! 😊 I’m so grateful for Cathy’s patience and guidance. It made all the difference!

Mary and Giovana are very knowledgeable ladies whose mission is to make sure that everything fits and functions as it should. The quality of the product speaks for itself, so there is no need to pressure a sale. After the first couple of days of use they both followed up with me and offered tips as well as ongoing support. Great experience and highly recommend this business.

I walked in last Thursday and came home today (following Tuesday) with everything I need to start tonight. Information I was given was very comprehensive and easy to understand. Alecia is kind and patient. A most excellent experience.

Very friendly and knowledgeable! Answered all my questions and helped me set up the myair app for the products I purchased! Definitely recommend... Plus the sleep study clinic is in the same building which is convenient ☺️
