Great shoe quality and excellent customer service.

I spent weeks going back and fourth with customer service trying to process a return. I paid in their portal, and they had a technical error on their end, which blocked me from getting my return label. I had to spent at least 5 back and fourth emails, which were responded by different people with new context each time, explaining to them the situation without them taking the time to read the email thread, and resolve my issue (they frequently suggested the same unsuccessful fix that the previous person suggested). They would not send my label over email, and constantly cited their provider Rebound having issues, which didn't help in advancing the case's resolution. Eventually, through a lot of dragging and pushing for up, I got the return label via email. Multiple times they said I would receive confirmation emails from the refund, but that was not the case. At the end, after a month and more, I was able to get the refund (at last). I don't have much against the product, but if you do wish to buy anything here, know that you're in it for a ride if you wish to return and get a refund.....

I went into the shop (not for the first time) and the thing that makes it stand out for me is the knowledgeable and friendly staff. They are so lovely and down to earth and want to understand your needs and wants. I have not recieved my shoes yet but my others are great so I expect these will be too.

Popped in on Friday to get a new pair of shoes…really helpful advice and support. Appreciated the easy to understand information on each type of shoe and offering to recycle my very worn and old pair was also great!

As usual ordered and they turned up 48hrs later. Cant fault the purchase and delivery process.

I’ve had a quite a few pairs of boots from INOV8 over the last few years. A couple of them had issues with minor faults/breakages but the offer of a replacement pair/refund was always quick and easy. They remain the most comfortable, if not the longest lasting, boots I have ever had and I always go back to them. They deliver quickly and sort out any problems. Great company.

Prompt delivery and a great product

The shoes are great however more information about sizing would have made for a better fit (these run extremely small, I am usually a 38 - these are a 38.5 and still too small)
You also need to drop the signature required by UPS - people work and are not home to accept deliveries - it is common practice to leave parcels these days and yet you/UPS insists on a signature making the delivery process extremely inconvenient- while you believe this is an attempt to protect the recipient it makes for a poor customer experience plus after talking to UPS they are willing to accept a signature from literally anyone - I like in a building of 60 apartments and they were willing to accept a signature from someone who I don’t know walking in the gate
Get with the times

My trailtalon turned up and the right shoe had a defect in the heel cushioning. I emailed the team and they were very quick to respond and send me out another pair of shoes. Haven’t received them yet, but so far couldn’t ask for better service.

Friendly, helpful service and I got a great pair of running shoes in the right size and width.
