Extremely quick service and delivery. Amazing shoes, Trailfly. Already had a pair which have been brilliant.

The rubber gaiter rings that secure the gaiter to the shoe are not fixed to the gaiter. There is a risk of them becoming separated and misplaced/lost during storage, I purchased some spares for peace of mind for a just in case event. They are inexpensive and easy to order. Dispatch was very quick and arrived safe and well within a couple of days of ordering.

We were served by an attentive and knowledgeable assistant. He was patient and helped us reach a good decision on the footwear which met our needs.

Vorig jaar mijn eerste paar in York gekocht. Super tevreden over loop comfort. Dit jaar weer terug gegaan naar York en hetzelfde paar gekocht. Kreeg ook nog leuke korting voor het inleveren van het oude paar.

Quick response to order, no problems with delivery or product

I recently made a purchase of a pair of trail trainers, though chose the wrong size. I can only say the whole customer service team have been excellent with their help. Different members offered suggestions, then guided me through a returns process, and finally helped me with my new selection of a replacement pair. Each time I emailed a query, the reply was very prompt, polite and helpful. This has demonstrated a very professional set up behind the scenes at Inov8, and given me confidence regarding future purchases. Well done to you all!

Communication through email was fantastic throughout the process when I placed the order and when the order was shipped with the tracking number. The order shipped out very quickly, and I received it faster than expected.

Friendly staff super helpful .

I first visited this shop approximately 16 months ago when I was looking to purchase the inov8 roclite pro mid gtx boot. The staff were super friendly, encouraged me to try a cheaper model in case it suited better, and allowed me pls of time to discuss my needs, and multiple goes on their footwear ramp.

Fast forward and a return visit today to replace the boots that have done hundreds of miles. Different staff members, but still super friendly and asked questions / listened to my stories of past and future adventures.

I’m not a runner, definitely not built to be a runner but find this store super friendly and helpful supplying a brand of footwear that suits my feet.

The staff member was really friendly and helpful. Explained about the differences in the trail shoes, support, grip etc and then produced several pairs for me to try in a very unhurried atmosphere.

All good. Very prompt dispatch. Perhaps a couple too many emails?

As you age your body changes. Finding the sneakers with large cushion heals are throwing off my balance. Your flat well fitting sneakers are just the thing to counter act this.

Purchasing the shoes were easy. They were too narrow for my clown feet, but returning them was also very easy.
