Such a great platform to rent high quality, well-looked after clothes and reduce overconsumption. You get sent consistent updates on when your order is arriving to what you need to prep in order to send it back. Highly recommend and I will be using this app again!

I rent from Hurr all the time for big events. Love having the flexibility to wear something different, items always arrive on time and in perfect condition.

Always love renting from HURR. I’ve borrowed some beautiful dresses and rented and sold some of my own here. It’s great!
The only things I find slightly annoying (the the last being the most) I wish there was a telephone line to call sometimes if there is a question, a way to add “meet in person” for tracking as well as early sending back tracking. As at the moment you get emails telling you to send your item back when you already have. Which add a bit of anxiety sometimes that you might be scammed by the lender or renter. However I always choose to renter from “highly rated” lenders.

The Hurr rental experience is fantastic. I needed a dress at short notice for my dad’s funeral and I wanted something special. The filter settings on the website make searching for exactly what style, colour etc you want very easy. I ordered at 11am and my dress was with my by the following morning. It came beautifully packaged and in perfect condition. It made the outfit part of a touch week very easy - which was a relief. I have used Hurr for five other occasions and always the same satisfaction. At this rate I will never buy an occasion dress again - renting is the way forward.

I had an issue with a rental (in the condition it arrived) and the HURR team responded only after my rental period was over (5 days response time). I don’t feel my issue was really acknowledged or remedied, I will be avoiding this company going forward and would recommend others look in to rental alternatives. Very unimpressed with response time, action and lack of support.

My initial selected dress was returned in not a good condition however HURR were proactive in getting in touch and offering me a dress of my choice at the original choice. I was super pleased with how the final dress turned out!

I love HURR! I rent my outfits for all occasions from HURR. It’s so fun having access to such a wide range of beautiful designer items from other peoples closets. It’s such a brilliant idea, rather than spending hundreds on a dress you only wear once. Would 10000% recommend. If you are renting a few items the HURR flex option is also worthwhile to save some money.

A brilliant experience! This is the second time I have used HURR to rent a dress for an event - and both times I have found it so easy, with so many gorgeous dress options. Each time I have found a dress that worked really well, and the communication with the lenders was great too. Thanks HURR - I will definitely continue to use this platform!

First time using a rental service for a wedding I had I Venice. Eventually got some items together and it was fun to choose and browse them but it was not easy or stress free experience. The main dress didn’t show up which was a postal problem. So no dress. There are so many extra costs not clear from the rental price including all the special delivery costs of returning them. On just 4 items the costs just for delivery and insurance run upwards of £160 which was unknown at the beginning.
Hurr app is not easy to use and very time consuming and frustrating in general. Its difficult to see things like account transactions from the credit - very low visibility or clarity on what you’ve actually paid for what. Message interface super clunky.
I strongly feel the company should solve the delivery part itself and have some kind of partnership to reduce the costs and to guarantee things arrive. Even Royal Mail is not reliable.
Would probably use again but with some caution.

I felt like I was using a luxury service despite doing something as economical as renting! Excellent experience with my first time using a managed HURR rental. I loved the return process where the package came beautifully presented and with everything I needed to send it back after.
