The products at Gruum are really lovely. The room sprays smell wonderful and uplifting. The customer service is great, if you have a problem they get back to you very soon and sort it out too. I would most definately recomend to give them a try.

Would recommend
Love how all the packaging is recyclable, and while some products don’t work for my skin personally, the ones I’ve found which do, work exceptionally well and smell amazing (and the smell sticks around which is nice).

I’m a regular customer of grüüm and…
I’m a regular customer of grüüm and always come back for my favourite products. I decided to try something new, one of their room sprays. The scent I chose just wasn’t quite to my personal taste - lovely but a little smokier than I expected, so I asked if I could exchange it for the plum nebula instead.
Their customer service was amazing. They replied straight away, sent the new spray immediately, and it arrived within two days. They also told me there was no need to return the original one, suggesting I gift it to someone instead to help reduce environmental impact. Such a thoughtful touch!
I gave the original spray to a male friend who absolutely loves it, and I’m delighted with the plum one, it smells gorgeous!! Fantastic products and genuinely kind customer service.

What a lovely company to deal with! Customer service Mikaela went above & beyond to help me. Products are lovely too & packaging is thoughtful, e.g sunscreen bottles are flat & sturdy, just perfect for travelling. I’m definitely a fan of Gruum.

This time I purchased
This is the first time ive ordered off Grüum I purchased, beard wash, beard oil, beard balm and the fragrance set . All arrived safely well packed no plastic containers so planet friendly the balm and oil each had a pleasant aroma and was none greasy the fragrance smelled brilliant not used the wash yet but that also has a nice aroma so all in all an excellent buy I’m sure I’ll be back for more very soon
