Warning for UK buyers

If you are purchasing any items from GRIID and live in the UK, please be aware that if you have a return, it will not reach them and be returned due to it being refused by customs. T-shirt returned on 17-12-2025, Royal Mail, International Track & Signed and returned to me 2 months later. Now left with a t-shirt and expensive shipping cost that I won't get back. The Company are happy to sell to the UK but returns can't be sent ?

We’re really sorry to hear about your experience and the frustration this has caused.

We want to clarify that we absolutely do accept returns from the UK with no problem. However, when a parcel is refused or returned by customs, unfortunately this is outside of our control. The customs documentation is completed by the shipping carrier at the point of postage, and if it is filled incorrectly or processed in a certain way by customs authorities, the parcel can be rejected and sent back to the sender. This isn’t something we can influence once the parcel is in transit.

To help avoid this, we also offer a UK return label service. When customers request a return through us, we can provide a prepaid label where the correct customs paperwork is generated directly through Royal Mail on our account. This greatly reduces — and in most cases eliminates — the risk of customs refusal.

We’d really like to help resolve this for you. Please contact our support team with your order details so we can review the situation and see what we can do to assist further.

Ordered a tracksuit recently went to…

Ordered a tracksuit recently went to the neighbors house even though it was sent to my address opened the package up and received the wrong tracksuit and then asked to send it back and they will send me a new one sent it out 4 days ago still not received the tracksuit I’ve also sent them emails 3 times no answer spent €10 on postage and €150 on a tracksuit complete waste of money and bad customer service won’t be ordering again.

Sorry to hear about your experience — we understand how frustrating this situation is.

From the delivery information provided by DPD, the parcel was delivered to a neighbour. This is their standard procedure when there is no answer at the address, to avoid leaving the parcel unattended outside.

In relation to the exchange, we have not yet received the returned tracksuit back to our warehouse since being advised it was sent, which means we haven’t been able to dispatch the replacement yet. As soon as it arrives with us, the correct tracksuit will be sent out immediately.

If you can share the return tracking details with us, we can also check its progress from our side.

Again, apologies for the inconvenience caused and we’ll get this resolved as quickly as possible once the return reaches us.

Very poor quality and extra expense to return

Very poor quality products for the price and the sizing is not true to size and you have to pay €4.95 extra to return poor quality clothing that not the correct size. Never again.

Regarding sizing, we do provide a detailed size chart on every product page to help customers choose the most suitable fit before ordering. We always recommend checking this carefully, as fit can vary depending on preference.

In relation to the €4.95 return fee, this charge is for the return label issued by the post office. This cost is not received by us and is set by the carrier, not by Griid.

Going by sizing and model sizes the order should have fitted with room. Far to same fitting with no extended xmas returns. Terrible service all round

Regarding returns, our extended Christmas returns policy applies to orders placed from 1st November, which can be returned for a refund or exchange up until 15th January. If your order falls within this period and you believe there has been an issue, we’d be happy to look into this further.

The returns policy is a disgrace and…

The returns policy is a disgrace and after a few washes the labels peel off and shrink for anyone wishing to purchase there clothing I would tell to think twice

Regarding your return, it hadn’t been processed previously because the parcel had not been received back to us. When we checked with Royal Mail, there were no tracking scans after 10 December, which indicated the return had unfortunately gone missing in transit. As a result of this, we’ve now processed a full refund for you.

In relation to washing, all of our garments include clear wash-care instructions on the internal wash tags, which are designed to help maintain the quality and longevity of the product when followed correctly. If you ever experience an issue with an item, we always encourage customers to contact us directly so we can review it and assist where possible.

We’re genuinely sorry that your experience didn’t meet expectations and appreciate your feedback.

complete farse

I was contacted by customs due to import fees that I refused to pay and agreed for purchase to be returned to sender I have emailed multiple times and have had no response this has coursed a lot of stress due to it been a big order for my sons Christmas pressent there is no contact number to speak to anyone and have had no update since November and am still waiting for a refund
