I initially chose GetScanned from the wide selection of available suppliers because of the positive feedback written in reviews. And am very happy to confirm that these must be bona fide, as found them to be honest, efficient, excellent with communications, proactive, and brilliantly responsive even after a complication with my circumstances.
I was also impressed with the competence and professional kindness of the Technician who performed my scan.
While can conclude the quality and accompanying documentation of my results were clear, concise, and of the high standard required for my doctor to follow up with prescribing a treatment plan.
So, all in all, I will use this company again without hesitation should I ever require another MRI scan.

I would recommend Get Scanned - the communication from Hannah was excellent. My report was delivered quickly. I feel the cost is also reasonable for a private option to have a quick turnaround of results.

Great service from the start. Very informative, kept in touch with me regularly for updates.Took a very short time to organise a referral for my MRI.Would recommend to anyone requiring a fast track for an MRI.

Had a painful left knee requiring an MRI for a definitive diagnosis. 2 months after seeing my GP I still couldn't get an MRI date through the NHS. The pain got so bad I decided to get the MRI done privately and went through GetScanned.
I booked through them on Friday afternoon and by the next Tuesday I had a consultation, referral and the MRI done!
They were in constant contact with me every step of the way. The speed and efficiency of the service is out of this world.
I can seriously recommend GetScanned.

I would give a 4.7stars, (0.3star less since it took 10days to get an appointment for the reason that I had a full body scan and it was difficult to get the earlier appointment at my chosen centre.
The communication with Get Scanned was always prompt and they explained and liased with the scan centre well. The staff of the scan centre were very polite and helpful.
Overall a perfect 10 experience barring the wait for date. I am now awaiting the reports and they have assured me they are getting it on priority.

Scan was arranged very quickly, I was kept informed throughout, messages responded to very quickly, if not immediately. I had a full body scan at Taunton, which was an excellent facility, with easy access and good parking. All staff were supportive and caring. Feedback was done quickly and very efficiently, with a written report followed by a phone call to talk me through the findings. I am very happy to recommend this company and would use them again if needed.

This is an absolutely great service. Very efficient, very prompt and I was delighted to receive the report the same day. All staff were friendly, helpful and polite. They really helped put me at ease and with minimal delays. Would definitely recommend.

I have to say I was very impressed with the speed at which my request for an MRI scan was actioned. The staff were very responsive to any question I had and very polite. All in all done and dusted within a fortnight!

At the end of the day, you could have the best car, the best house, the best clothes, but if you have failing health, none of the above matters.

With all this in mind, and with the saying “health is wealth”, we decided to investigate preventative medical options, and investigated various scans and companies that offered this. how happy was we that we found this incredible company “GetScanned” from the start to the finish of our experience, they were incredible.

From the initial contact with Nisha, to the preliminary discussion with the Doctor through to the services of Tesla radiology and the wonderful technicians, all the backup communication and care, through to the post discussion with their chief medical officer.

The process was professional, caring, informative, highly effective communication-with all the processes, and all done with a very human touch.

This company is a credit to their field, and ambassadors for the medical industry.

We have no hesitation in highly recommended this company, and for any future procedures they are definitely top of the list.

Fantastic service, immediate response via WhatsApp, Sushmita was clear and precise and managed to get a CT scan booked and followed up with me after the scan, would recommend to anyone that wants answers quickly.

Great service from beginning to end. Got my MRI booked in quickly. Had a consultation with a GP who assessed what was needed.Friendly and helpful staff who did the scan. Got my written report and the scan itself the following day. Excellent service all round.
